What a fantastic place! Absolutely recommend The Willows, Nic & Paul have thought of everything. The location is excellent, a short walk into the town centre. The rooms was so comfortable, big bed and nice pillows. All the little extras such as body lotion and toiletries. Breakfast items & biscuits and lollies. Its a home away from home! Brilliant place, thank you Nic & Paul, fantastic job!

About a 25 min pleasant walk outside Fort William by the water, fine when weather good but a little out the way when the rain comes in.

Nothing to look at on the outside, but the free standing Garage had been converted on the inside to a very good level of finish and fittings, with everything you could possibly need for a short comfortable stay. Very good communications from the owners.

The position is excellent to go on foot in the city centre. The landscape around the house is really good! Nic is really kind and also helped us with a problem we had with our rental car. The room was big, clean and the bed really comfortable. Nothing was wrong. We are really satisfied!

Comfortable bed. Great location about 3/4 mile from restaurants and on the loch. Several miles from Ben Nevis trailhead. Easy and ample parking. Proprietor was friendly and helpful, and they provided a booklet of useful local knowledge. We’d happily stay there again.

Lovely big room right on the Loch. There was some cutlery, plates, kettle,coffee machine and fridge. Great bathroom with the best fluffy towels. We did not miss getting up for breakfast and had plenty of options with facilities provided.

New in town, it is on a busy road so we missed the turn in the first time past. No fault of the owner, just GPS and spotting the sign.

Great view, wonderful location just outside of the downtown area but very walkable to stores and restaurants. Room was very well stocked with snacks and coffee extras. Very comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. Just loved the interaction with the owner.

Its a few minutes of walk from pubs and restaurants. But very much accessible by car.

This place does not serve breakfast, but we were provided some complimentary snacks in our room. The room is big, super clean and the bathroom was neat and tidy! Also, the view from outside the room is great. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely spacious quiet room. Tea/coffee making as well as some breakfast items supplied which was thoughtful. Liked that everything we needed was supplied in the room, including wine glasses. Often you have to ask for those. Nice flat easy walk into town. Host was unobtrusive but very attentive.

Everything was perfect!

Fantastic view, cosy and huge room with everything you need, a Nespresso coffee machine was a very nice bonus as well. The shower is also huge and well equipped. The shower is electric but very good with good water pressure. Huge and comfortable bed and pillows. The whole house is very clean, the cleanest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in! Felt like home, and we definitely will be back and will recommend it to our family and friends!

The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the room was more than sufficient--much better than I was expecting, to be honest. We really just needed a place to crash as a home base for our adventure activities, and this gave us exactly that. There was no breakfast, as advertised, but they were kind enough to provide free snacks. The location was a little further than we would have loved, but it was still a very reasonable walk to the central area and it was right on the water. We would definitely return if we visited again.
