The entire property was very clean & tidy. It was equipped with everything you needed in a home from home aspect. Nicely tucked out the way so was quiet, yet local amenities near by.

There was no designated parking space, so we had to park on the side road and walk to the apartment, which wasn't the worst, but it would've been nice to have a designated spot.

Such a lovely and quiet place - much needed after returning from the Download festival every night. We had everything we needed for our stay. Little packs of biscuits and tea/coffee/hot chocolate were a nice touch too.

2 bathrooms which was great, but only one with shower which is a bit on the small side. the bed downstairs also was a bit on the soft size. we booked here for the gym and spa facilities which are no longer available but understand the reasons why.

Slight confusion on gaining entry to the property as the incorrect PIN number had been supplied by Booking.com but quickly rectified.

Lovely apartment, furnished beautifully and with everything you would need including empty kitchen cupboards for food which is always a plus.

Ensuite toilet in eaves so v. limited head height/room width. Note changes at the hotel will mean leisure facilities eg swimming pool will not be available for future visitors.

Well equipped including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. Tea and coffee tray. Comfortable beds and good blinds. On street parking straight forward and local facilities good (eg Co-op, butcher/Baker, pharmacy etc)

Generally I liked everything

It's amazing , it's clean , in a beautiful quiet location . Really felt like a little home . Heaters in every single room that are so easy to use and heat up quickly. Dishwasher, extra cushions and duvets. Really a clean homily place and for a reasonable price !

The only thing I didn’t quite like about the property was that there was no blinds or curtains on the ground floor. This made me feel a tad uncomfortable as other people would be able to see straight in. It wasn’t a big issue as I know it’s limited access but would have felt more privacy with this. There is also little to no phone signal in the property so keep that in mind.

I really enjoyed staying at this property, it was very spacious and had everything I needed. I loved the free access to the Reed spa which was only a few mins walk. The property felt very homely and had strong Wi-Fi connection all around the house. I would definitely stay here again, another plus was that it was only a 5-10min drive from the M1 which is very ideal. It is also a 5 min walk to the local shop (Co-op).

The sofa bed collapsed when my son rolled over in the night.

The swimming pool and air conditioning at the spa only a few minutes walk away was a lifesaver on the hottest day ever.

Really lovely place. We stayed for an event and it worked out really well for us. So nice to come back to the apartment in the evening to a comfortable bed! Caroline was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Lovely location and great accommodation. Beautiful spacious apartment with everything we needed for our short stay . Great contact and booking information for arrival and departure information. Plenty of towels and useful startup milk , tea ect . Local shops for more supplies if needed and only short drive to Loughborough town centre and uni . Would definitely recommend and stay again .
