The furniture and fittings in the room were of a very good standard. The breakfast was very good.The welcome was very friendly and my children really liked the dogs. Pauline even took some luggage upstairs which is not the norm in most of the Blackpool hotels we've stayed in.We even had a view of Blackpool Tower from the room. The room rate was very good and I would have expected to pay more really as it would have been worth it. We also liked the location with the choice of a quick tram into Blackpool or a really nice seaside walk.

Convenient location tram a couple of minutes away Side street made it very quiet Slept the best I had in a long time Modern room Breakfast was just what you needed to set you up for the day nothing was too much trouble for the hosts who are the loveliest 100% recommend

The breakfast was perfect. Plenty to choose from for both kids and us parents! Nothing too much trouble. Truly felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be returning in the future! Thankyou Paul and Pauline Couldn't have been more welcoming. Room was modern and very clean.

Nothing at all to improve, really is the perfect B & B with the perfect couple who have some interesting stories.

What a beautiful B & B, A delightful couple who made us feel so welcome, and spent a lovely hour or so at the end of our night chatting, it was like we had known them years. The breakfast was wonderful too, despite being busy, nothing was to much trouble, and both Pauline and Paul came to see us off and wish us a safe journey. They really go above and beyond. Their place was exceptionally clean, modern and so inviting. We can not rate the property or our hosts highly enough, a real pleasure, thank you - Jay & Vic x

Location prefer the North of Blackpool easy parking.A lovely couple had a good chat in the bar at night .It's reasonably priced as well.Will be back later in the year.

Thank you so much we have had a fabulous time, Paul and Pauline are so lovely! Made us both feel comfortable from start to finish , all the room and bathroom was absolutely spotless, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was fantastic all cooked and presented to perfection,great location, definitely went above and beyond for us,we've even booked again for may it was that good. Definitely be recommending to family and friends, me and my husband normally book in the larger hotels, but fancied and changed this year and so glad we did, we wouldn't go anywhere else now. Paul & Pauline are excellent hosts. Nothing is to much trouble for them. We could not of asked for more from our stay and will definitely return to the Woodleigh. Breakfast was excellent I personally am Gluten-free and this was still not a problem and catered for all my needs Thanks both. We will be back.
