The halls were full of cleaning supplies / fans and the rooms across the hall were probably wet / mildewy which wasn't a great situation. The room was fairly large, but the layout was strange - no bed-side table, strange shower design.

Location excellent. Quiet, especially considering how central it is. Great shared space in the restaurant/cafe downstairs. Wifi was strong. Comfortable bed and blackout blinds.

I had a room in the basement and hearing the train from underground was possible, so it wasn't easy to sleep at night. That was a problem with the check-in system when I arrived, I was in a hurry but needed to wait almost 40 minutes. Other guests as well. We were treated to free coffee and tea, but for such a delay we should be getting a free breakfast for example.

Great location, near to the bus and tube. Good breakfast and nice that is possible to order something to eat quite late as well. Comfortable bed.

Hard to help but people talking outside my door at 7am, and i guess the fact it’s down stairs there’s no windows or anywhere to hang clothes

The room was so modern and and clean, the staff were also so friendly - they really wanted to help you. As soon as you walk in the reception smells so good!! And the location is so central!!

The aircon in our room did not seem to work therefore was a very uncomfortable temperature in the room. This was raised with reception staff however remained for the duration of our stay.

The location of the hotel was great and staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The lack of window, we were aware of, but the air conditioning was a bit temperamental, so it got quite warm and cramped feeling when we were getting ready using hair dryers. etc.

Very small rooms but modern, very clean and fixtures/fittings all in excellent working order. Bar area is very welcoming in the evenings as well as for breakfast. Unlike many similar hotels here they really care that the rooms are comfortable, clean and everything works.

The shelf beside the bed looked like it needed to be cleaned. Otherwise everything else felt very clean and well maintained.

The room wasn't huge but it was very functional and extremely comfortable. It was nicer than the photo's I saw before hand. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The bed was large and very comfortable.

The breakfast was not up to much. Pastries were overcooked, the coffee was underwhelming, there wasn't really a cooked option.

Second time staying at the hotel, chose a standard room with no window, which makes no difference as they have aircon if you get hot. Bit pricy as I think something was happening in Shoreditch. But room was clean, bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot after a long day at work! Would definitely stay here again as it is close to the office as well.

Great location, very near to my work place. Queen Room was a decent size for London, and for 1 person. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot just want I needed after a long day at work. I have stayed here again and definitely would recommend staying here if you are visiting Shoreditch. This room had a window, but second time I stayed I opted for no window, and it didn't make a difference, as long as the aircon was working because I get too hot. Staff we friendly too and helpful.

The room was very small! The width of the room was the double bed which meant I could not walk around the bed and felt very cramped. Considering I was staying for 1 week and I booked months in advance it would of been nice to have been given a slightly larger room. As the room was small the bathroom was also very small

The room is ridiculously small. The sink in the bathroom is tiny, you also almost hit your head on the panel on the right when brushing your teeth. Although, I booked a room with a window, in fact it was more like tinted narrow glass that couldn’t be opened.
