The room was small, which is absolutely fine if you plan to be out and about all day but may not suit if you're going to be in London longer than a few days. Room was also noisy, sounded like the plumbing.

Location was great, staff were lovely. Very convenient and pleasant. Room very clean and a great TV.

The downstairs rooms were fine but you could hear the underground passing. I could get past this but there was also a lot of staff moving equipment quite late at night which affected sleep. Better sound proofing in those rooms would be great.

The rooms were smart and clean. The coffee and tea selection was great.

It was an ideal location for our reason to be in London,variety of shops ,cafes,transport links restaurants and pubs was very handy.Also our reason to be there was the near by Moorfields Eye Hospital for my sons appointment.Overall a great place!!!!!!

The bathroom is really just an extension of the room, the door didn't even close all the way, and the shower is really see through, so there's no privacy in the room at all.

The hotel workers were hospitable and the hotel was what you would expect for this price. The room had the necessary equipment. there were some problem with using the tv and the air conditioner, but they were not that big of a thing

The room was small but that's what you're getting into. Make sure you're very comfortable with the person you're staying with, as you're in very close quarters.

Great location and bargin for a hotel in the city. <5 min walk to the tube and safe area at night. Perfect for 2 to sleep at night after busy days touring around.

The room size is small, 123 squerevfeet, i think its will not suitable for couple, the air condition hardly worked and spmehow coold the room, The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable, fot me but the bed in general was good.

The location that very ""londonic" near many restauran and 'old street' train station. Clean and modern rooms, the bed was made by rhe cleaner every day, good shower with hot wather, big sized tv, quiet, noise from street are not heared

It is a really small room. They make very good use of design to accommodate two double beds and two tvs with a bathroom but that’s pretty much it. Has hooks to hang coats or clothes on the wall. Not much privacy in the bathroom as it has glass walls.

Location is very convenient just a few meters from Old Street station. Plenty of options with shops and places to eat around the hotel. Staff were super friendly.

The halls were full of cleaning supplies / fans and the rooms across the hall were probably wet / mildewy which wasn't a great situation. The room was fairly large, but the layout was strange - no bed-side table, strange shower design.

Location excellent. Quiet, especially considering how central it is. Great shared space in the restaurant/cafe downstairs. Wifi was strong. Comfortable bed and blackout blinds.

I had a room in the basement and hearing the train from underground was possible, so it wasn't easy to sleep at night. That was a problem with the check-in system when I arrived, I was in a hurry but needed to wait almost 40 minutes. Other guests as well. We were treated to free coffee and tea, but for such a delay we should be getting a free breakfast for example.

Great location, near to the bus and tube. Good breakfast and nice that is possible to order something to eat quite late as well. Comfortable bed.

Hard to help but people talking outside my door at 7am, and i guess the fact it’s down stairs there’s no windows or anywhere to hang clothes

The room was so modern and and clean, the staff were also so friendly - they really wanted to help you. As soon as you walk in the reception smells so good!! And the location is so central!!

Bed comfy but against a wall on 1 side and foot of bed so access only from 1 side.

The aircon in our room did not seem to work therefore was a very uncomfortable temperature in the room. This was raised with reception staff however remained for the duration of our stay.

The location of the hotel was great and staff were very friendly and welcoming.
