Fabulous extremely friendly hotel. Very clean. Slightly dated in ateas but so clean you dont notice it. Staff were excellent Breakfast was very good Great location for Wembley Stadium as bus stop across the road.

The room was stale when we entered; felt like it needed a good airing out. But this is being picky, I couldn’t point out any other negatives and this issue did not impact our stay, we just opened the windows as soon as we got in the room.

Great location for Wembley Stadium and Central London - Greenford Station (disabled access from street to platform) less than 10 mins walk away, Bus No.92 (for Wembley) just across road. Reception staff exceptionally helpful, very welcoming. We arrived before 10.30am hoping to leave luggage for a few hours before checking in at 2pm - delighted to be told our room was ready! No extra charge for super early access. Arrived back late after a match, asked if ok to order a takeaway for the room - we were told of course, and if we wanted to eat in the pub/lounge area we could and did we need cutlery. Ample secure off road parking, gate closed in evenings. Large comfortable room with two tub chairs and table (finally a hotel appreciates that both guests might like a relaxing spot to sit at) plus desk and larger cabinet under the wall mounted TV. Extra large bed, to the delight of my son (just the two of us travelling), blissfully comfortable with more than enough plump pillows to watch TV or read sat up. Room temp ok, fan provided if needed, window (restricted) that opened enough to let a decent breeze in.

The hotel is on very busy road with flyover very close so continual traffic noise & sirens inevitable. Breakfast finishes very early (9 am) suggesting this hotel is mainly aimed at working people travelling on work, not tourists to central London like us

Very conveniently just off A40 so could leave car there & easily get into central London on UG. Room was perfectly comfortable. Staff very helpful

Carpets in public areas and rooms were filthy. Needs some deep cleaning, but sheets and bathroom clean… fitting tatty and toilet roll holder broken. In need of some investment and refurbishment.

The silicon around the bath needed attention. Climbing over the edge of the bath to have a shower might be difficult for some people.

Lovely clean comfy bed with 2 types of pillows. Very good self service breakfast. Secure parking was appreciated though spaces were a bit tight due to a party taking place.

Not important but no socket near the bed

Good size car park, spacious room, bath not deep but water lovely and hot. Bed comfy though pillows far too plump for me so used a folded towel. Room nice and dark, good curtains. Great choice for breakfast, full English, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Coffee machine, juice. Daily housekeeping so had to remove pillows and cushions again!
