Room access required stairs and I had a lot of luggage. Room was facing the rear of an old run down building.

Location is great for a short stay, 5 min walk from Paddington. The rooms were basic, but modern and clean. Breakfast was very good. The stand out is the friendly and helpful staff.

Problem getting in. Had to wait about 10 mins outside but thats because there was only 1 person on reception and she needed a comfort break. Bad when its minus 1 outside though!

My birthday was not noticeable by the hotel. While I indicated it upon reservation and arrival. Very tiny room. Not possible to come with luggage!

I had stayed in this hotel before Covid. Had a very good impression. This time I had booked well in advance asking for a quiet room as a very light sleeper. Had received next to elevator and facing the road. It was manageable. But not the same feeling as previous time. There is AC and you can regulate a room temperature. It was important for me. It was very warm in December. Bulgarian receptionist was very kind and supportive!

I was impressed with the modern lighting system and soundproofing. It was very convenient to catch the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow.

Nothing to write here as the hotel met my needs

The room was advertised as 'cozy', which I thought may mean it would be on the small size but it was bigger than other double rooms I have stayed in recently. Being on the top floor, there were sloping ceilings, which did not cause discomfort (there was no danger of banging your head) but gave character to the room. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space for hanging clothes and for a suitcase. Loved that the shower had not just a head from the ceiling but also a handheld option. The coffee station had a nice stock of drink options and was refilled. I had a very pleasant stay in London, thanks to the Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel.

I get that it’s London so space is at a premium, but I burst out laughing when I opened the door. It’s SO SMALL. The only place I could put my bags and still get to the bathroom was against the door - good job there wasn’t a fire! Perhaps some sort of suspended mezzanine arrangement for the bags would work without changing the layout?

Very modern, the shower was excellent and all mod cons. I liked the communal break out room, a great place to sit and do some work over a coffee.

Really great location near the Hyde Park and Paddington station (great connection coming from Heathrow airport). The staff is friendly.

The hotel is very nicely located close to Paddington Station, where one could easily catch a train, the tube or buses. Little Venice is in walking distance. It has a very nice interior. it seems to have undergone a recent refurbishment. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will happily stay again!

The public areas looked simple but clean. The reception area was small.

My room had just been renovated to a high and modern standard. I particularly enjoyed the rain forest shower in the entirely new bathroom. When I left I was told that all rooms have been renovated.
