这是我这辈子住过的酒店（包含亚洲、欧洲、美洲、大洋洲和非洲在内）服务最差的酒店，没有之一。我们一共住了5个晚上，从第二晚开始，就不再主动给我们打扫房间，每次都要打电话叫才来，最后一晚，我们出门回来是晚上6：30，依然没有打扫，我们打电话叫，回复员工下班了，只能拿给我们需要换和补充的物品。即使打扫也很不认真，每次不是缺这个就是少那个，每天都要打电话去要，而且打了电话也不一定能送过来。第一天房间里的毛巾是脏的。酒店的装修很现代，房间里的设施也不错，这是我们在网上选择这家酒店的原因，但服务实在是太差了，已经超出了仅仅是服务意识差的原因，背后的原因我们不知道，但一定是教育出了问题，是在平等、尊重、爱和起码的职业道德方面出了问题，是很大的问题，和现代社会的教育完全背离的。 It's the hotel with the worst service (not one of the worst) I've ever stayed (I've stayed at Asian, European, American, Australian, and African hotels). We stayed for 5 nights. From the second day, they didn't clean our room. We have to call them to clean the room. On the last day, we came back at 6:30pm, and the room was not cleaned. We called them. They said that the staff had gotten off work, so they can only supply something we need. Moreover, they didn't clean the room carefully, often didn't supply all things with standard, and thus we have to call them to require something everyday, and sometimes we cannot get the thing even if we called. The first day, we found the towel dirty. The hotel is decorated in a modern style, and the facility is good. That's the reason why we chose it. However, the service is really bad. It's not only that they lack the sense of service. We don't know the underlying reason why they did these, but there must be some problems with the education. It's a problem with equality, respect, love, and the basic professional ethics. It's a serious problem, and it goes against the education of the modern society.

位置很好，火车站口一出来对面就是，去各个景点和博物馆都在步行10分钟路程以内。
