A very large flat with two bathrooms and a large kitchen diner. All of the facilities were excellent, clean and comfortable and in good condition. We stayed as a couple with a dog and found it ideal for our stop before the West Highland Way. The living area was spacious and well appointed so that we could spread out in the evening as well as cook meals. We had an excellent sleep so were refreshed for an early start the next day. Having a reception facility is a big help when you want less fuss getting in and out.

Whole apartment was too hot. Bedroom view over "courtyard" was misleading as the view was terrible. Location was very noisy, music until about 4am. Bed was very firm.

I didn't like the fact there was no personal contact at the premises. If people knew this beforehand they would perhaps be reluctant to book. I did get a follow up call after booking via Booking.com which I appreciated. However, you are left to go through the procedure on your own. It is well explained, I must say. However, the entrance door (after the keypad) really needs to be changed; it is not an easy access door. It is unpredictable. It does not necessarily open with ease and this can cause anxiety for some. No one can come back to me and say this is for security; there might be an electric fault there - it's temperamental.

I was absolutely impressed with the accommodation. I wish I had more time to enjoy the place but I was out to see Glasgow

Old outdated furniture that was black and dark so grim really unpleasant to be in the kitchen lounge area. Lamp in the lounge area not working, booked for 2 adults and only had one bath towel. Smoke detector went off from shower steam which was frightening as they had a sign in the elevator stating if smoke detector alarmed it would activate whole building fire alarm. A complete fallacy. Noise from nearby nightclub annoyingly constant.

The unit itself felt a little claustrophobic with all the fire doors - to the room, to the kitchen, to the outside hallway. There was no hot water in the pipes and we had to wash dishes with freezing water. Good thing there was an electric shower in one bathroom that all 5 of us had to use.

The keys were easily accessible via lockbox/safe, the main building door was also accessible via electronic code so it's a worry-free check-in. Check-out was also easy with the key drop box. The unit was accessible via lift, and the bedrooms were comfortable to sleep in. The location of the place is convenient - walking distance to a convenience store, grocery, and fast food. It's also a bit of a walk but still close to the main bus station and train station which is okay for overnight travelers.

The late night parties behind our hotel were horrendous.. woke us regularly and didn’t finish until around 4.30am every night..

Only 2 things: lights in the en suite were very dull and the remote control for the TV was a little temperamental.

Excellent location, great size apartment. Facilities were great too.
