I could do with a little more light in the kitchen and lounge area. A bulb was missing in the floor lamp although not sure that would have made that much difference. But regardless would still go back.

Central location. Good space to move about in. Decent kitchen layout and working dishwasher!

A little bit grubby Equipped only to most basic level - a cafetierre and decent size mugs would have made a difference. No hooks for clothes/dressing gown in bathroom. Only 4 coat hangers.

Felt room thermostat in wrong area as hall got all the heat and living area cooler. 2 radiators in living area but only one working.

Comfort! Rubbish mattress & settees. Not one small chair, only 4 heavy bar chairs.

Beds were very very uncomfortable, various wear and tear/tired looking parts of the apartment and fire alarm warning continually beeping in main entrance on arrival- which was silenced several times which was worrying 😂

Check in was easy however our room was not ready at check in time due to staff illness, the girls were lovely and asked us to come back in 2hrs and in return we could check out 2 ours later in the Sunday.

The strange floor issue in the main bathroom.

This was a very comfortable apartment. It had the best heat in all of our UK vacation homes, and was warm and welcoming. We loved the kitchen, the laundry and the rooms. One bathroom had a strange floor - possibly water-damaged subfloor that had been repaired but not replaced? The location was good, easy walking distance to attractions, shopping, food. There is an office across the street, so we drew the blinds during the day for privacy but they still allowed sufficient natural light in. Our room required us to use 2 elevators which was not a problem, just something to be aware of.

Couldn't get the radiators to work in one of the bedrooms. That could just be me so lucky it wasn't too chilly. You do need to have long arms to exit the building - the switch and the door need to be activated at the same time which for some people might be a problem

It was easy to find and centrally located for most parts of Central Glasgow. Checking in was easy and rapid. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable.

Lovely clean apartment with plenty of space and in a great location to explore the City. Easy check in and we were lucky enough to be able to check in early. Very accommodating and friendly staff!

The need to stay very quiet (doors does not close softly and flooring materials that will create lots of noise, we almost need to tip toe when walking). Otherwise all good, deposit were taken as well £200 each booking, maybe forfeited if you don’t follow the rules.

Centrally located a short walk from train station. Clean and spacious apartment in quiet building. Staff friendly and approachable.

I didn't like that the bed was a little too tight for us. But I guess that is the normal size of beds in that area.

I liked that the apartment had everything we needed. loved that there was a washing machine. the location is great, very close to many things like restaurants, a grocery store... etc.

Loud noises outside at night from bars around until 2/3 am even with windows closed.

Nice, confortable and spacious flat at the heart of merchant city. Walking distance from shops/restaurants and metro/bus stop. Dog friendly :)

Again run down ie chipped paint, cups in the cupboard not thoroughly clean. Flooring slightly chipped.

It’s a nice big apartment however abit run down though bathroom was clean and spacious. Oven easy to use
