Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Bathroom facilities were superb. They even provided a rubber duck to play with. Breakfast was lovely. In all we had a lovely stay.

United KingdomThe restaurant. I ordered roast beef pink. It was pink but had been under a heat lamp and was dried to leather. I would have complained but those sitting either side of me also ordered it and I didn’t want my complaint to spoil it for them. The rest of the meal was good but the floor under my table was dirty and when I arrived most of the tables had not been cleared. Breakfast is generally good but the bacon had been under a heat lamp,the poached eggs were rock hard and the mushroom was stone cold. Come on Swann you can do better than this. Small things that ruin everything.
