Breakfast was excellent, local produce and where required a coeliac option was available. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts Alison and Gary were very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely recommend.

Tiny bathroom in the room we had.

Breakfast is eight pounds extra for each person. Although it is a nice breakfast I think it should be included with the price.

The bathroom for the luxury room, some simple fitments would make life far batter for guest. The security in built lock for bathroom would not align and lock. A simple bolt would be far easier to use and work all the time. The Sink also for same bathroom , first night had hot water however needed owner to inform tap settings . Sadly following morning no hot water from sink. Please just a simple turn and hot water setting. hard to establish following morning. So we use cold water .

Owner of B&B plus Chef very welcoming. Really took on my our catering requirements for breakfast. Very clean bedrooms.

We loved everything about ThirdPart Farm, beautiful location, very welcoming and attentative staff, breakfast was delicious and inclusive (vegetarian option), quiet clean room which was beautifully decorated. The location of Beith is a small lovely town filled with very polite people.

The owners / staff were lovely and the rooms were clean with decent decor. The rooms were a bit cold and the electrical sockets seemed a little overloaded soo wasn’t comfortable running the plug in heaters over night. I do note however that there were electric heaters switched on for us coming on a very stormy night so that was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was good value for money and tasty.

Couldn't stay longer!

We received a warm welcome by Gary on arrival and explained all information regarding our stay concisely. Also answered all our other questions. He made the 5 of us an excellent breakfast and was great chat as we had an extra hour with the time change! Would definitely stay again if that direction. Thank you!

Staff go above and beyond. Fabulous breakfast this morning! Good craic with the owner and just a lovely little place. Wish we got the chance to explore it properly but we were passing by for the night as come off a late flight. Don’t normally leave reviews but this place is top notch. Hopefully we’ll get a chance to come back. Thanks to the amazing staff for all their help 😊

The building was decorated excellently, beautiful location close to nearby towns, but out the way enough to have lovely views too. We didn't get breakfast, but noticed that there was a vegan breakfast option on the menu which is nice to see too!
