Probably one of the loveliest properties that we have stayed in, spacious, well equipped, warm (!) and tastefully decorated. The location was central and with very easy access to everything. We loved it.

The beds won't be for everyone, a bit springy, and the wi-fi was a bit weak for a video conference I needed to have, but otherwise adequate.

Loved the location, the ambience, the well-equipped kitchen, and the automatic temperature control. Getting in touch with the management to get in and get keys was pretty straightforward and easy and Louie was super friendly.

The double mattress needs to be replaced , but that is easily done

We were met promptly as arranged by Craig, given a tour of the apartment. It is fully functional , stocked kitchen and living area. Great location. Easily accessible to old town by walking, trams busses restaurants, and groceries. Heat worked great , good showers. I would stay there again

The location was so central, within walking distance of everywhere. Dispite being over a pub, It was very quiet at night, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was lovely and cosy. We were delighted with our four night stay. We'll be back!

Perfect location close to everything, comfy beds, cosy living area, clean. Staff really helpful and answered queries quickly. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in and arrange a later check out. Can't fault it, would definitely recommend

Great location.Perfect for exploring Edinburgh on foot. Good bars, restaurants and cafes just around the corner. We particularly liked the fact that there are two separate bathrooms. Uncomplicated and very friendly handover of keys by Craig (or Greg, in case I got the name wrong :-) ).

The Apartment's was amazing and very functional for a family of four, the photos on booking do not give the property its right, the apartment's is very cozy and homy, the communication with the host was smooth, kept texting with us all the time, Craig met us a explained everything to us also helped us with the luggage, thank you Craig!! the location is amazing close to every thing, walking distance to the royal mile and the Castel, restaurants and bars are on the door step, live music bars are seconds walk away, the airport is 20 min drive by taxi, the kitchen is fully equipped, we will book the same apartment's next time we are in Edinburgh

The apartment has a very good location. It is clean and tidy. Everythig your daily life needs comes in handy. The staff is kind and helpful. It is better than Iexpected.

One of the two toilets went broke, they unfortunately could not repair this on Sunday, but they gave us a late check out on Monday as compensation. This was perfect and they did their utmost best to repair it, but this was not possible, no problem at all. Decend and very nice and helpful people from the agency.

Top location, right in the middle of New Town, close to Old Town, lots of restaurants and bars. Nice bar below, staff was great and good wiskeys! No Noice from the neighbours or from the street (or not much).

I would have like to have a bin in every room, especially the toilets as the only one was in the kitchen. There were also a couple of bits which required some TLC (the bedroom door didn't lock) but something that can be fixed quickly. I like the location, but, as it is on the second floor, is not recommended for people with reduced mobility

The position of the apartment is excellent! Just a minutes away from the Scott Monument and with two different supermarkets nearby. Lots of space for everyone and a basic kitchen with everything necessary to cook (altough I did miss a frying pan). I particulary liked having an en-suite and a separate toilet for the second bedroom for more privacy. A good base to explore the city and the surroundings.
