We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Close to Luton Airport. The breakfast was good with free luctose options. At the lobby there is coffe muchine and tea 24/7 and a microwave. 1 minute from luton mall and 5 minutes from buses to central London

Very spacious room, comfy bed, big towels. The breakfast was great (full English breakfast) and they had complimentary tea and coffee. I ordered a cake and the people at the reception were very nice, received it and stored it in the fridge for us until we arrived.

The room was a little bit hard to find, in general there is all that you need for several nights stay in it. The light in the bathroom was not working but we managed through the night. The view was great, the bed was confi, there are tea and coffee in the room, kettle, iron+board and a huge mirror. Slightly noisy (you could hear the neighbors rooms but manageable. The breakfast was alright. Recommended

IrelandSignage for the hotel - it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as it wasn't road facing - we walked around the attached Mall looking for the hotel until we saw a very small sign for Thistle Express - after that everything was fine!
Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great at a very reasonable price - very handy for the airport. Short walk to the interchange to get the bus to Luton airport.
