We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt wasn’t 100% clean (a few bits and pieces on the floor and something suspicious looking stuck to the bathroom wall). The kitchen tap was broken. As there was no breakfast option (fine, as we were prewarned that booking.com erroneously send emails that you can get brekkie) it would have made more sense to have a microwave than an oven, so we could heat up porridge / pastries.
The manager was excellent: friendly and efficient. We could drop our bags early and had no problem getting in through codes and keysafe. It was good value and handy for everywhere we needed to be. Would prefer hotel in future myself but would recommend for anyone on a budget.

United Kingdom1) We were in Room 2 which we didn’t realise is a room with no outlook at all or natural light and it felt claustrophobic. 2) There was no heating in the room and couldn’t figure out how to operate it so felt a little chilly and couldn’t dry towels on the shower room radiator. 3) A few simple instructions on how to operate the microwave/oven would have been really helpful.

United KingdomThe room was quite dirty and not very well kept. For example, it was very hard to shut the room door, the soap dispenser didn't work. There were drink stains on the bed, quite dusty everywhere. It was also really hot all night, even with the radiators off. We had to have windows open in the night, in february ! Not as luxurious as it looks on the pics. A shame because it could be a 10/10 with a bit of TLC!

Booked for workers. They were really happy with this property. The only issue was the pictures show a bar and reviews talk about having pizza. However, the bar is now shut and so there is no food available at the property which was one of the reason I booked this property. I would recommend the property updates their information to reflect this. Overall though the worker had a great sleep and enjoyed staying at this property.

United KingdomEvery. Single. Radiator in the property was on full blast, so the whole building was oppressively hot. The permanently-on towel racks are a nice idea but the bathroom in one room was so small I scalded myself on it twice. The rooms weren’t very clean and the sofa bed in one of the rooms was covered in crumbs and stains. Rooms are also not very well sound-proofed: we heard a lot of noise including a couple loudly having a “great time” together.
The staff were very nice and the rooms were pleasantly decorated. Having a separate bedroom was nice, as was the kitchen facilities.

United KingdomUnfortunately, our room was clean in some spots and not at all in others. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean but the carpet was stained and needed vacuuming. There was a beer bottle cap next to the bed on the floor. The linens were stained, too. Also, our room was loud (Rm 13). We could easily hear the neighbors.
The staff was very nice and professional. They were quick to respond to requests, as well. (We asked for replacement linens). I was also happy with the location as the street was very quiet and it was close to a few really great, child-friendly cafes (Couch and Builders).
