The bathroom was functional but very tiny and the toilet took a long time to fill up after it was flushed.

Property was in a great location, clean and everything was new as recently refurbished. Parking behind the property was also a great asset. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and plentiful.

Very clean, just updated room, and really good value. Absolutely brilliant breakfast! The host/owner/manager/cook !! (can't believe this guy does it all himself - I did say to my wife that he should get some different hats/ uniforms, as it reminded me of my all time favourite Carry On Film, Carry On Abroad!! Go Bruce!) Really nice, relaxed stay and very welcoming host. And as others have said - free parking (which is rare in Tintagel). Happy to recommend.

The room at the property was in superb condition , very clean and tidy with all the necessary requirements. The beds were comfortable as was the linen. Bruce, the owner could not have been more informative and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate for the day ahead. The hotel is also dog friendly which can be a bonus for many travellers.

The staff were very friendly and approachable - eager to help. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day ahead. The room, although basic, was good and clean.

Not sure about the main light fittings…. but that’s just personal taste. I would ditch all the cushions on the bed or reduce at least plus set the swans free! Noisy water system but I guess that ‘s down to it being an old building. Suggestion to leave a polite notice in each room asking guests to quietly close their doors when coming in late at night. My room was directly opposite another room. To say they were noisy would be an understatement… much coming and going so the sensor light was and on and off many times! Would be good to know that parking could be reserved in advance.

Good selection of continental or cooked breakfast. Great location in the main high street. Room was very well presented, good size with comfortable bed.

Bruce was a great host great chef and even better security guard as found and looked after my partners cup of coffee 😄 and even thou bed and breakfast for 2 us and our two little doggies went out with full stomach .......nothing to much trouble he was very accommodating hopefully be back soon

Rooms were beautifully decorated. We had a double corner room, nice size, very clean and plenty of light. We also managed to park on site which was a bonus as not guaranteed. Bed very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you

Great location- only a 10 min walk to the castle. Lots of nice pubs and shops along the way. Very clean and spacious room, and quiet location. Easy and free parking. The breakfast was delicious!

Walls a little thin between bedrooms where you could hear other guests.

Central location with parking facilities. Recently refurbished to a lovely standard and very clean. Breakfast was nice and the filter coffee was plentiful.

Everything was absolutely fine, no reason for complaints at all!

The place is lovely. It has a private parking, which is a huge bonus. Our host /sorry, mate, I can`t recall the name :(/ was very helpful and nice guy. Definitely will come back on my next trip to Tintagel. Highly recommend the hotel!!!
