The place to be fo Titanic-Enthusiasts

The hotel used to be the draughtsman rooms and office of Harland & Wolf and I loved how they transfomed it into a hotel with so much charme. Parts of the hotel seemed to be a museum of its own and it was so fascinating to see how the building and its history was kept together in its authenticity with a modern classy look. It was terrific to sit in the breakfast room where the Titanic was planned and designed. The bed was sooo comfortable and the breakfast was a highlight on its own. The staff was super friendly. I loved the TV which also offered its own Titanic channel with dodumentaries and interviews of the Titanic 24/7. If you are enthusiastic about the Titanic you get so much value for your money. The hotel is directly opposite the Titanic Museum. The car park is underneath the museum and you get a discount at the hotel and only pay 15 Pounds for a stay overnight

We had dinner in the restaurant the first evening; food ok but not fab (had better elsewhere in the city), atmosphere dark

Great location, lots to see and do in titanic Qtr; the Drawing Room 2 bar was excellent place to hang out. The hotel itself has features of a museum to the Titanic, very interesting displays on the walls etc. Parking was easy nearby, if a little expensive.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly there was dried milk on some of the drawer handles, iron left black stains on my partners shirt and there was black marks on one of the walls

It was close by to the SSE Arena and walking distance into the town centre

Staff very friendly more staff on in the bar area when there is a concert on.

Breakfast times were very well organised the waitresses were excellent and never stopped working, checking on guests, very impressive. On The Wednesday night I asked for a table in the bar and had to wait about three quarters of an hour, bit chaotic as there was a concert on in the SSE that night and the staff were trying their best but too many people there. I went to my room and rang for room service......I'm still waiting on someone to answer. Overall it was an excellent stay. The hotel has retained the original building from Titanic days and the draughtsman room for the drawing of the Titanic is now the bar. Beautiful hotel full of history. There is a tour of the origins of the hotel but I had ran out of time. The Titanic exhibition is just a few yards from the front door of the hotel and it is a must to see, very sad.

Staff were super friendly. Building was very interesting to learn about. Very clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, catered well for gluten free allergy. Although breakfast is a bit pricey, it is an all you can eat buffet style (unless gluten free, and the hot food is made fresh for you) and the quality of the food was exceptional.

The bedrooms air on very hard to regulate to get heat as it was a very cold few days in Belfast . When we had the temperature right and left the room it went off so we came back to a very cold bedroom at night

The lighting could be better- it was very dark in the room and the hallway. Bathroom was very bare and could use a few more hooks or shelves. Bar menu could have a few more vegetarian options. Overall fabulous will stay again and recommend!

Beautiful hotel, loved the careful and thoughtful restoration, the free tour of the property was great. Staff (and everyone we met in Northern Ireland!) couldnt have been nicer. The room was beautiful and huge. Great location in the Titanic Quarter, and an easy taxi ride into the city center. The food was all delicious.

A bit noisy during the night, seemed to be the heating or AC systems. A lot of external traffic noise, though I think that was due to the room location, as I've stayed here several times and never had that issue before.

Welcoming and quick check in and check out. All staff encountered were friendly and professional. Very comfortable room, beds were extremely comfortable, with twin beds provided as requested. Tea/coffee facilities, bottled water, TV, WIFI, iron and board, robes and slippers, toiletries all provided.
