Beautiful clean room. Fridge was a bonus. fabulous products in the bathroom. best nights sleep i’ve had in a long time, super comfortable bed and pitch black room. Breakfast was 10/10 absolutely amazing.

The noise made it impossible to sleep. There was a warehouse party opposite and university party at the hotel. We paid for a luxury suite but it was above the Carpark so when the students left around 1am it was incredibly loud. On top of this the seagulls were also chirping until 4.30!

Beautiful, traditional rooms that still have lots of authentic features. So many unique touches that make the hotel very special.

Didn’t appreciate the charge for parking, I felt for the price we paid it should have been included.

We went away for birthday/ anniversary celebration, it was perfect and the best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly, the food was beautiful and the ladybug cocktail was to die for. The spa experience was great value for money and a nice couple of hours relaxation. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back!

There is lots of regeneration going on around the hotel but it doesn't affect the hotel one bit

From the moment we walked into the hotel it was a fantastic experience, our room far exceeded our expectations. The bar and restaurant were both great the staff were very helpful and Dev in the restaurant was a fantastic waiter . If you are looking for a hotel in Liverpool that will blow you away this is the place for you

I can't think of anything I can put in this section!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic. Twice the size of most hotel rooms with room for a couch, armchair as well as a dining table with two chairs. Breakfast was excellent as was evening meal.

When told to go down to book the spa they said they were booked out four days, I looked online prior and could not find a way to book this in advance- this is one of the things we mainly looked forward to using there. It would be good to make people aware how to book this in advance if you can do so or give priority to hotel guests.

There was a wedding in the hotel and there was no area to go to have a quiet drink or even access the bar; something to consider if you have events on in the hotel and how this can de-conflict with guests

Room was excellent, facilities in the room were really good. One point, would be helpful for a jug of fresh milk in the fridge for teas/coffees

The dark corridors were strange and a little unsettling to my senses. And,....the attention to clearing away empty plates and glasses needs improving.

The openness of the building was wonderful,.....including the room we stayed in. Also, sharing environments with wedding parties was a joy.

I loved the style of the place. Definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Just gutted I couldn’t use the swimming pool with being fully booked.

There is nothing about this hotel I do not like

The design of this hotel is unbelievably unique and beautifully thought out. It’s a spacious hotel that has attention to detail in abundance. Comfortable and welcoming, the Titanic Liverpool does not disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is of high quality and the menu is very creative.
