It was so cosy, the hottub was amazing, it's huge and fit 8 of us with a lot of extra room. The beds were really comfortable too, the back room has patio doors leading straight outside which is really nice, the garden is lovely. The views are beautiful, lots of greenery, horses and rabbits around. The property was lovely and clean, we also managed to park 4 cars on the front too. 😀 would highly recommend, and we will be back. 10/10. The hosts were wonderful too and stayed in touch with information that we needed for the booking. Thankyou

The cottage is beautiful and is definitely very cosy, well equipped and our children absolutely loved it. Everywhere was very clean and welcoming. The hot tub is huge with lovely views and we all felt at home thanks again we will definitely be back

Could just do with a second toilet as it sleeps so many people.

Property was easy to find, space for 2 cars, easy to get inside. Hot tub was amazing, near seen a hot tub so big! The house was comfortable and cosy, perfect for what we needed. Close to a lovely walking route which we did the morning before we left!

The living room sofa was uncomfortable unless pulled out into a bed, and theres a lot of road noise being so close to the road especially from 6am onwards.

The Hot tub was amazing and the house is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the host was very friendly and helpful with instructions.

The noise through the night would be the only thing that I would say I didn't like as the house sat right next to busy main road,parking was a struggle if you have more than 1 car.

The hot tub was brilliant, and the seating area outside was lovely with bbq and chiminea. Also, kids swings to keep them amused outside and toys inside. Plenty room for everyone, and a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us. Thank you x

The carpet in the lounge needed hoovering, we were playing a board game on the floor and it was dirty, crumbs, confetti etc. Also not enough knives forks etc

Nothing major. Quite a lot of leaves in the hot tub on arrival and very noisy with the main road directly outside, but that's nothing that the owners can help.

We had a lovely stay. Modern decor and lovely bedrooms. The hot tub was massive and could easily fit 10 people in. Views were lovely and lovely outdoor seating areas, and had everything needed. Great communication from the owners.

Lack of communication with owner. If I hadn't emailed to ask what the arrival information was a week before my arrival I would have been none the wiser until 12pm on the day of arrival. I received the departure information at 10.21am explaining 10am prompt departure!! I felt a little like we were being watched, with the ring doorbell, outside cctv and decibel reader in the lounge area. There were a lot of things plugged into the mains. The cottage is on a very busy road with cars passing within feet of the dining room window.

The cottage is perfect for visiting Alton Towers. The hot tub was ready to use on arrival. The Welcome Book was full of information. Off street parking.

It is on a road, but you can choose to sleep in the back room upstairs (or even downstairs). I'm a light sleeper and it was fine for me.

The house is a good size with plenty of rooms. It was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was easy to find. The hot-tub is massive and hot; 8-10 people could fit in it together. The Garden and facilities are great for kids. It would be the perfect place for a couple of families travelling together who need somewhere which works for the adults and the kids. There are also shops and pubs within a 5 minute drive.

Thank you, first of all for being an amazing host! The location and the facilities were very good. All of us had a lovely time. There was a welcome book that had everything we need to know abput the property as well as other recommendations, it was brilliant! We had a lovely and comfortable stay that we overslept and almost missed the check out time! (Although we did manage to leave at 9:57am 😊) The property wasn't very big but also was surprisingly not small and it was really comfortable for 8 adults and 1 child. Parking was enough for 4 cars, although could be a bit tight as we had 4 SUVs, but actually that wasn't too bad. The host, although we did not meet her, sent messages and gave clear instructions. The property was clean and well equipped. We'd love to come back again when we visit Alton Towers. The view from the property and the hot tub alone was worth coming back too, though.
