I guess if I had to find something to fault, then no wifi in the chalet

It was a little dusty and the duvets and the pillows were a bit stained but the bed sheets and covers were clean. It would be good if the main room had a blind that could cover the light

The only downside is the pressure from the hot water (the shower was fine) washing up in the kitchen the pressure wasn’t great but manageable.

Visiting family in Hayle, my 11-year-old nephew loved the pool and park areas. My brother and mum loved the accommodation and the nightly entertainment. The apartment itself was lovely and clean.

-Slow shower water flow both in shower and basin. -fridge too small for family booking of 4 -tv channels not much options and it's not consistent - wasn't worth the money I paid for using their games n facilities esp for teenagers, - advertised as free WiFi but only avaliable in reception area. Not throughout the site -no network signal in corner bungalow sites -toilet rolls placed not enough for family size, depends on the no. Of days it was booked. - family with young kids and older kids should be placed in different sites according since both kids are different milestone age. - different enquiry phone no in booking website and it's own website.

In need of a redecoration/upgrade . Bath panel didn’t fit properly and had discoloured. Bathroom window catch had corroded slightly and looked tatty. Sofas in the living area were not the most comfortable.

Accommodation was clean with everything you’d need for a few days.

Having to book pool/other leisure facilities, not enough spaces available for size of park, shop shuts too early.

Location, easy to get around, close to beaches and other attractions. Kitchen facilities, everything needed to cook a family meal, bonus of a dishwasher that was not on the itinerary when booking. Pleasantly surprised with accomodation.

No WiFi in the chalet and the details on Booking.com were very minimal. Seagulls banging on the window but that's out of your control, everything else was spot on.

Lovely little chalet, had all the basics needed and was fantastic when you put it alongside the price that was paid. Second time I've stayed here and definitely would stay again.

I loved everything . From the time we walked in , the staff was friendly, they kept the keys ready, they even called me up to check what time I'll be coming bcoz I was running late , room are well equipped and very clean , even out area is very clean, got a laundry room , everything. Would love visiting again.

The fridge was tiny- unable to even put a 6 pint of milk in the door. Given that the property sleeps 6 and has a cot it was unacceptabley small fridge. Luckily we travelled with a cool box that we were able to keep the milk in.

1. They claimed give free WIFI which was not provided in the units. 2. Basic toiletries were missing. No tower or soap was provided. They did not even replace the toilet rolls when the first one finished on a three day booking. The beddings were folded and put on the bed for us to put on the pillow covers, duvet covers and bedsheets ourselves.

The apartment we stayed in was very dated from the paintwork to the furniture, it also smelled of damp everywhere. The apartments could perhaps have some net curtains just for a bit of privacy. (Not a complaint just a suggestion). There never seemed to be enough parking spaces especially for the disabled. Spaces that was for the disabled we often found staff and other grounds people had parked in them. Although you have a map of the camp, maybe some signposts helping people to remember where to go would be helpful. The entrance to the holiday park was in a dangerous position been set back but on a junction to another road.

On Arrival we found the reception staff to be very helpful and jolly. The Holiday park itself was well presented. It was very quiet which was a welcomed change. Being just out of the main holiday area you didn't feel rushed. Majority of the staff we met all said hello

Changing rooms too small for the amount of people getting changed. It was very cold in there too. Sofas in accommodation very poor. Living area very small. Not enough room for 6 people.

We booked and pay for a silver bungalow, however after we’ve been charged we received a text saying that the property is not available and will be change to a bronze one, which we had to accept as the kids were so happy we’re going on holiday and we didn’t have any other options. The property was clean, I don’t want to be misunderstood that the staff did not clean before, but the state of it makes it uncomfortable. First thing was the smell, maybe coming from the filthy coach and armchair, was good we had blankets and covered them, otherwise we couldn’t sit on it. In general very old building and very smelly. Is a shame to have such a space and to not invest a little to make it more enjoyable for the guests!

Close to the shop and all facilities. The activities and entertainment were excellent, as a family we had wonderful time. There are lots to do and keep your kids happy and busy. A decent swimming pool and never crowded which makes your swimming enjoyable.
