It was a good space for a family. We were very pleased it had 2 beds in one of the rooms for the kids. It was easy to park and come and go.

The pillows need to be changed to new ones. when we first went there 5 years ago it was great but some things must be maintained like pillows. please install harder pillows.

The furniture was a little dated and well used. However, the location was fab and would not deter me from visiting again.

2nd bedroom a tad small, but fine for a short stay.

Great location, decent apartment to use as a base for Winchester or Southampton. Property had a lift which was very handy and free parking.

Couldn’t get the heating to work so it was either really hot or cold. We have stayed here before and it’s only now starting to look a bit tired in places

Spacious lounge/kitchen area. Big main bedroom and good sized second bedroom. Modern and stylish. Free parking was good too.

The only issue for me is the WiFi - the mobile data in the area is quite rough so WiFi is really needed. Most of the stay, we had none as the various routers would just go offline or be online with no Internet- this wasn't for streaming but just general emails. I think the Internet there really needs an upgrade as this has been an issue before

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay completely shut; stayed ajar. Wasn’t able to lock it which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others. Bedroom had an outside door but no window to open and we are used to having windows open overnight. Those the only two small issues. Overall super place to stay.

Easy access. Code communicated in advance. Good facilities. All cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses, ironing board, etc. Very clean. Comfy bed and clean linen and towels. Nice to have an apartment with separate dining/seating area from bedroom. Easy access to Southampton Town Centre by car and bus stops yards away on main road. Shops only short walk/drive away.

Apartment was large but had a slightly strange layout of lounge .

Good communication via messages Onside parking Clean with everything you need to cook.for yourself including a dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious bedrooms 2 bathrooms. On bus route to Southampton- £2 fare. Near lovely park - can walk to nice pub through park. Balcony which was covered. Bedrooms at back so no road noise for sleeping.

Large versatile apartment. More room to spread out as opposed to hotel for a better price. Off street parking. Fully functional kitchen.

The back bedroom was a little noisy from the road.

Property had great parking available and was well laid out for us with myself having two children with me in one room, there was a single bed for my daughter, a double bed for me and a cot for my baby and then the other bedroom for my mum which did work well for us. Lovely balcony too.

The location. We managed to get around Southampton easily and Paultons Park was a reasonable distance from the apartment. The layout of the apartment. James was very helpful and always answered my calls. Our faulty microwave was replaced quickly. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again.

Few of the lights were out in kitchen and living room, shower fixings Loose, in the 2nd bathroom there is a big gap in the shower door when closed, hot water took a while to come through. Poor WiFi in certain areas.

Big apartment, spacious, 2 bathrooms. Great for a family of 4. Our girls loved their bedroom. Lovely balcony. Modern and clean. Came with everything we needed including 2 fans which were needed.

Lack of washing up liquid and basic cleaning materials.

The apartment was clean, the location was just right for our travelling in and around Winchester and New Forest. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom room configuration and 2 bathrooms was ideal. Enjoyed being on the second floor with a balcony, lift access as well as stairs. We appreciated the lounge/dining/kitchen facilities. Thank you.

I didn’t like all the rules set by the hosts but I guess they have had problems in the past. But other then that a very lovely apartment

The property was very spacious and very clean. It had everything you needed for a family. It was great to have an en suite as well. 2 very good showers. Good balcony

A door was missing from the wardrobe in the double bedroom; the basin mixer tap head came off in the bathroom; the fridge door was faulty. All of these we observations and not complaints and the apartment owner informed

We had to ask for the shower release tap to be fixed but this was done within 10 minutes of me making the call so it was a really quick response. The bathroom was a bit dusty.

The location was great. Good size & nice to have the balcony too.
