The apartment got quite hot in the evenings, but this was probably made much worse by by the heatwave. The Internet was fine at first, but as more people arrived in the building it got much worse, and would drop out constantly.

Good location, and great team that looks after the place. My son left his cuddly toy in the apartment when we left, and they found it and kept it safe until I was able to collect it. Everyone was really helpful and friendly.

unfortunately there was a building site next door which started work at 8 am everyday. this was quite noisy disturbing our breakfast. otherwise we were mostly out during the day

Location is good and surprisingly well sheltered from the main road. Nice layout and large main bedroom.

It's close to the road so there could be slight noise but it's manageable. They should provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar like they provide at the hotels which is quite basic because as traveller's we don't carry it. also I would suggest to put up an instruction as to how to use the washing machine. The washroom should have some place to keep the soaps.

The beds are so uncomfortable and I’m sure ours was broken. We still slept ok but a new bed is def needed.

Some of the decor was a bit tired. Skirting around breakfast bar was sharp and peeling off. Main bathroom taps were old and tired.

Overall not bad, but It would have been better if the kitchen had a few more items in, such as oven trays so we could actually cook, we also paid for 6 adults however there wasnt enough cutlery for 6.

Liked how easy it was to collect key and get in. And loved the use of the balcony.

A few more pillows would have been good. Although a decent size and good location the apartment was a little tired for example the sliding doors on the wardrobe were loose and broken, bed frames were chipped.

Only the bed was too small for us. The bed was low and had gaps all around. We are family of 5 . So we struggle to fit all three kids. There was not enough bed sheet to use. Apart from this, its was a lively flat just need to make a but child friendly.

The larger bedroom was comfortable enough but the mattress for the bed in the smaller room made it difficult to sleep. They could do with more utensils (only 4 of each), plates and cooking pans, as there were so few we had to run the dishwasher after every meal (or in some cases during a meal).

The location with great for the purposes of travelling along the South Coast as we went to Bournemouth, Isle of Wight, New Forest, and Portsmouth. The staff were very responsive to queries and the apartment was clean with all of the necessary amenities. It was also helpful that they had their own parking lot.

Everything was a bit dated eg. very old TV, corner of bedside tables chipped, electric shower that didn't actually work Poor sofa placement and couldn't see the TV. One of the 2 showers did not have hot water/very tepid temperature.
