Lovely comfortable bed. Really good heating, a separate heater for ad hoc use and a radiator. A fridge. Has a separate entrance and felt very private. The area is an interesting mix of residential and commercial. There was parking and there were shops near by, a lovely Thai takeaway.

There was no shelf or lighting near the bed, the only lights were the strong overhead spotlights.

Really comfortable bed, nice duvet, good pillows. Hot tub was great, in a gazebo so sheltered and private. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room was a good size with wardrobes, tea and coffee, a fridge, a heater and a television

Clean. Convenient for us going to Legoland. 2 big separate bedrooms - one for us, 1 for the kids - separated by a small dining room area with chairs. Extra facilities in the rooms that weren't mentioned at booking were a bonus (fridge, microwave, complimentary tea/coffee/milk sachets - meant we could store picnic items for our next day in fridge and heat through our dinner on arrival). TVs in both rooms with some sky channels. Fans and heaters (though didn't need either on our stay). Hot tub a lovely bonus. Location was the rear/ground floor of a house (there was a separate private entrance to our rooms) and it was in a housing estate next to a large industrial business estate which was just not quite what we expected, Perfectly clean in the streets/properties around, polite neighbours and easy to get to shops/takeaways so we felt safe and welcome just felt a slightly odd location!

There wasn’t a proper kitchen. The kettle and tea/coffee making facilities were in a bedroom. The cutlery, crockery & microwave was in the dining room. But there was no kitchen sink, toaster or oven/hob.

Lovely, comfortable bedrooms. Hot tub was amazing!! Free parking. 17mins to Legoland!

The outside garden was messy, I originally walked to the front door before I realized the entrance was to the side.

Some extra pillows as only one pillow and was quite flat.

The kids enjoyed the hot tub, parking was good as there was a lot of space on the road. Mini fridge was handy.

Beds were very comfy but we only had one pillow with no spare around, which was ok, but not ideal. There are loads or weird doors in the property that you get used to but you could tell it was an extension and the random extra door to what we assumed was the main house in one of the bedrooms was a little creepy, at least a sign explaining what was on the other side would have been reassuring. The parking was tricky, but ok once you found it, the host gave great directions. We found the layout ok for a night but for more than a couple it would be stressfull.

Access to a private hot tub and a bed for five people in London for £120, in the summer holidays, on a weekend! Chuffed doesn't begin to describe this bargain, that was actually pretty decent. Especially the hot tub and the great communication from the host!

Hot tub was a real bonus. Easy to operate. Good communication with hosts. Easy access and clear instructions. Very similar to hotel room stay as no kitchenette. There was a fridge and a microwave. Clean and equipped for 4 people.

The checkout time is too early for me. My family was so much in a hurry to leave the property. They should at least make it 12 noon instead of 10a.m

It was a good place, the person who attended to us was superb. There was excellent communication from them, even when I had an issue with my card. They were very supportive and responded to my questions promptly even when it was late in the night..

Great communication beforehand with instructions on how to find the property and about all the facilities. The accommodation worked perfectly for a group of 3 friends catching up, hot tub was fabulous, easy location to walk and go out for dinner. Very comfortable and quiet.

It was difficult to find but we got there in the end !

We visited on Sunday. It was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for my little one. I slept really well. It was like a home from home.
