This isn’t an issue with the property. But coming from a city, there were a lot more bugs than I’m accustomed to seeing

We loved the location which was a twenty minute walk down a steep hill into Looe , anyone not too steady on their feet or not a fan of walking would be better to take a very short drive into town, we found that parking was fine (obviously a parking charge though) cheaper on the harbour side opposite the main town area

Room was perfect for a couple same facilities as a hotel room but not as expensive, very clean room and cosy. The host Steve was a lovely guy and very helpful had some suggestions of places to go , one of which was nearby Fowey, which we went to and was a lovely picturesque town . Would recommend the jolly sailor pub at the bottom of the hill in Looe We would definitely stay here again .

Nothing to dislike. Travelled with backpack and without a car. Reasonably easy walk into Looe, access to buses and train, and South Coast path. Amazing host - thank you so much Steve!

Warm, bright, comfy accommodation. Thoughtfully furnished and sparklingly clean. Micro, fridge, kettle, toaster. Great bed. Beautiful, quiet location. Exactly what I hoped for. Would love to stay again on next trip to Cornwall.

Not a negative! but a general note to future guests that the sat nav will take you to a slightly different place so do check your messages prior to arrival as Steve does give instructions on the day! Just worth saying!

It was a fleeting visit- but just what we expected and needed! Steve thank you, you were so accommodating and welcoming to us, especially in the pouring rain at night! The accommodation was exactly as advertised and expected. Microwave and fridge were great for our quick dinners and cup of teas. Bathroom great, bed made up was comfy. We didn't use the little courtyard but it would have been a lovely little hideaway in the summer. The separate entrance was great for you to come and go without disturbing. We didn't walk to the town but I think the local lane (although narrow) would have been a nice walk. Steve also recommended a more 'local' and quieter beach for us to go to other than Looe (although the name now escapes me!) Would have liked to explore more with his recommendations! But accommodation was perfect! Thank you Steve!

Nothing to add, all was great.

I enjoyed the quiet location of the accommodation, it's a very cosy room with great modern facilities & private parking. There are some lovely walks, & I particularly liked Talland Bay, it's about a 1.5 miles away. The host Steve took the time to explain the local area & suggested some walks, places to eat etc. He's a fantastic host & has thought of everything to make sure his guests enjoy their stay. I highly recommend, & I'd happily book the accommodation again. Thank you, Steve. :-)

It would be a long walk back from Looe but thats why you take a car.

Google map sends you to a different address but Steve is super-available and will guide you to the right place also it's Cornwall so you can't expect to have full 4G coverage but the accommodation has wi-fi.

Plenty of space, self contained space with microwave, fridge and everything to prepare a meal when coming back from the beach (or to take away). Plenty of light and even a private patio to chill.

The location was perfect The host was amazing, friendly, and helpful The EV charger made our holiday a lot less stressful, we could charge whilst being back at our room, instead of a carpark. Very quiet and tranquil

We felt like we were at home. There is great energy around the place and we charged our batteries in full during our stay. There is natural light coming through the windows almost all day, even on a day with bad weather. Steve is an excellent host and very willing to guide you through different areas to explore around Cornwall! Also, the location is perfect as it's very close to the beautiful Looe town and Polperro village. We will definitely visit again, thanks Steve!
