We did see a centipede in the shower one day but it didn’t upset us much.

Very friendly hosts and caretaker! Great to be able to arrive a bit early snd check out a little later. Lovely tips as well from the hosts on where to eat out. Thanks!!

Great location close to some excellent restaurants and the city centre, but quiet at night. Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. It was an excellent choice for our working holiday in Jersey.

Hot water from taps was too hot with no warning sign...hot enough to scald. Nothing else wrong

The location, close to the centre of St Helier, was excellent. Selection of pillows! Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Quick response of owner to any questions

Lovely and trendy :) Situated in the city of St. Helier, recommend the Studio for 2 people, the Apartment downstairs with 2 bedrooms is amazing (didn’t rent it but the host let us take a look, next time we would like to stay there). Thank you Jade and Barry for your help!

Apart from the heat, not in your control, everything was good

First impressions are not great I.e. scruffy front door . Also kitchen cupboards are all a bit sticky . In the back bedroom (blue bed ) none of the mirrors were any good as being 5ft 3 couldn’t really see in the round one without rip toes to do hair / makeup . The 3 hanging ones are too far away or small unless you stand on the stool . Hooks on back of bathroom door would have been good. Not complaining, really just a bit of feedback 😊

The studio we stayed in was perfect for a family only down fall was the bed it was very hard and the room was extremely hot. We let the windows open with the fan on and it was a lot better and we needed the fan on throughout the night.

The location was very good only 8 mins walk to the centre of town and there was parking also one two car parks one was sand Street that was a lot bigger and the other was Elisabeth with was smaller.

Parking close to the property is not possible because of the strict parking rules in Jersey unless you have a residents permit. The car parking lots are about a 5/6 minute walk and is an extra cost to factor in.

The flat is very comfortable and relaxing with a great space for a family stay in Jersey. It was modern and clean with lots of well thought of amenities making it much nicer than staying in a hotel. Walking distance to shops and access to the rest of the island.

Property is spacious and in a good location. There is parking 5 mins away and charges are very reasonable. The hosts were very helpful. If you fancy a large cooked breakfast, I would recommend visiting The Good Egg. About 5 minute drive from the apartment. Good value for money. The Greffin is a lovely restaurant. Food was very good and only a 10 min drive away. Can also recommend eating at The Jersey Arts Centre.

Needs a loo roll holder. Slightly leaky part through shower door, easily mopped up afterwards though. A shower on a hose in order to rinse the bath out would be useful.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!

Myself and my husband and our four children stayed at the apartment (aged 20/17/13/9) and we all absolutely loved it. The apartment was so clean and in immaculate condition. Everything was in full working order, there was tea coffee and sugar already there and a lovely booklet from Jade and Barry explaining everything about the apartment and the local facilities. We will definitely stay there again- it was amazing 🤩

The location of this apartment is excellent with a 24 hour carpark (Patriotic Street Car Park) 5 minutes walk away. The host, Jade was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in St Helier.

Parking was difficult, but once we got into a pattern of buying time via mobile for the nearby multi-storey carpark was OK. The flat was a little small for seven people- five adults and two young children - and having only one bathroom was sometimes difficult
