I had an amazing time in this cosy and homely B&B. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the facilities and the breakfast was brilliant. It felt like staying with family. The views from the breakfast table are stunning and the sea is only minutes away. Come here for a holiday or weekend and you will want to keep coming back.

Nothing, everything was excellent

One of best stay in B&B I honestly don't know how to describe our stay. For first John & Arabella made our stay like at home or even better becose breakfast was delicious with local eggs, honey, home made compot... We head a room no 1 with incredible beautiful sea view Mullion Cove is very quiet and is great base for traveling, 15 min drive to the Lizard point and Kynance cove. Highly recommended !!!

Me and my partner had the most amazing stay. John and Arabella were fantastic friendly hosts that couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was quirky, very clean and had beautiful views of the sea. Breakfast was faultless every morning with plenty to chose from. Only a 10 minute walk to the cove which we loved and a 45 minute drive to St Ives. Would definitely stay again, thank you both! X

The property was perfect!

Loved the property. Beautiful views. Bedroom was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Arabella and John were so welcoming and they shared their extensive knowledge of Cornwall with us giving us excellent recommendations. The breakfast was superb. We would love to visit again.

Lovey home, with an amazing view. Breakfast outside was absolutely lovely. Arabella and John went out of their way for us, made sure we were comfortable and provided us with everything we needed - even cushions for when we visited Minack Theatre! Breakfast was exceptional every morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and better hosts. 5 minute walk from Mullion Cove where we saw a beautiful sunset. Great stay, will definitely be back.

All fantastic. Had to be a little quiet late at night and my partner and I are night owls, but loved pretty much everything.

Views were unbeatable in a great part of the world! Arabella and John were the consummate hosts, and it was such a privilege to stay in their home. The breakfast was also utterly delicious - we will be back

The view from our room was fantastic, with a panorama overlooking Mullion Cove. Our hosts, Arabella and John, were friendly and very obliging. The choices for breakfast were varied and the locally sourced food delicious. We would certainly recommend this B&B

John and Arabella are very welcoming and helpful hosts; on arrival they booked a table for us at the local pub which luckily had a space available due to a cancellation, and this was greatly appreciated given the difficulty in finding places to eat at short notice. Location and views are stunning and the breakfasts were delicious. The room is very comfortable and although it got very warm in the day, the fully opening windows meant it cooled down enough at night even during the hot spell we had. Overall we had a really nice stay and would recommend it.

Pulling at straws for criticism. Literally just some of the country lanes EN ROUTE to the bnb are a bit tight but just drive carefully and try to stick to main roads where you can. Locals are very friendly and recommended this which helped on our route back. No issues to raise at the Bnb itself.

The reviews were already fantastic so there wasn't too much surprise. The hosts are very welcoming and can tailor their approach to your own taste really. Breakfast was delicious, with cereal/yoghurt and fresh fruit option in addition to the full English. Went out of their way to call local pubs/restaurants for availability! They really do go above and beyond. The view is spectacular. We paid for the Sea View room and don't regret it. Cornwall isn't short of views but this is definitely up there.

Arabella and John were exceptional hosts and just all round lovely people. They made us feel so welcome as this was our first B&B experience. The room was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and with great facilities. Breakfast was just superb with a variety of offerings including yoghurt and granola, cereals and of course a cooked breakfast. A peaceful location away from the crowds and there a few good pubs within 20 minutes walking distance. Parking was more than comfortable for the number of rooms available. Arabella and John were a highlight of our trip and we are glad to have shared our time with them. Until next time….

Everything was perfect. Arabella and John went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The house is set in a stunning location with amazing views. Our bedroom had a big window overlooking the garden and we couldn’t get enough of the view and wildlife spotting. Super comfy bed, extremely clean property and bedroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax. Good base to explore Cornwall.

WOW! We had the most excellent stay at Arabella and John’s gorgeous home. A real hidden gem. Stunning views of the valley that stretch for miles, and the sea! We had one of the rooms with the sea view, and we definitely could’ve sat there all day watching the amazing view. Honestly we were overwhelmed at how amazing this B&B is. Nothing was too much trouble for Arabella and John, and they made us feel so welcome - we didn’t want to leave! The breakfast was 10/10 too- so many different options of good, high quality food. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend to our family and friends.

It was lovely to meet John and Bela, they offered us tea abs we sat appreciating the amazing view at the back while chatting away. It’s a big house and with many different places for you to have breakfast due to covid and we were lucky to be able to seat outside. Breakfast was amazing and they accommodated my intolerances. The room was great, very clean, soft pillows, all very comfy and they made us feel at home. We did not even lock our door as we felt very safe, and there were other guests also. It’s possible to walk to town, no far but if you don’t like hills just need to take a bit easy going up as I did abs take a breath. Looking forward to coming again, thank you.

Literally nothing.

Where do I start?? Lovely, friendly hosts who are literally so helpful. A fantastic property in an idyllic location with spotlessly clean rooms, the comfiest bed and soft towels. The best English breakfasts. Coastal walks on your doorstep. Too much else to comment on but all of it is absolutely 5 star! Highly recommended.
