- Late check in & early check out - Broken downstairs toilet seat - Some of bedrooms door would not close properly - Toaster not working properly-had to hold down left hand side to toast bread. - Shelves broken in fridge door - Not enough hand towels

The location was wonderful- sea view & really central to town. Apartment was beautifully styled with so much natural light. 2 beautiful window seats made the living room.

There were a couple of bits of decoration that needed some attention. The door in the front bedroom was coming off it's hinges and the smoke alarms are very sensitive, even for light toast!

The layout and stylist flat was warm and welcoming. The location couldn't be better.

Minor irritations, few things like broken locks on doors but nothing to detract from having a good stay. Unfortunately the kettle caused a fuse to blow on the Sunday we were leaving but no access to fuse box to turn it on. Tried the numbers in the book, one was for the coasge company which wasn't open on a Sunday and the mobile was not recognised. It didn't affect us as we were leaving but would have been worse if we were staying.

It was quite chilly whilst we were there (a couple of bad storms) and we needed the comfort of some heating. Suggest the heating is on a timer and a bit frustrating to wake up to a cold house. Soon heated up though when we manually turned the thermostat up. Problems with the tele connection meant we needed help and an engineer soon arrived to fix it - thanks Previous occupants had left a broken wine glass in the kitchen cupboard which clearly went unnoticed by the cleaner

No parking, but cheap overnight parking in a public car park nearby. £6 a night. The property could have been a little cleaner. Oven needs a good clean, and under beds/sofas were dusty had sweets from previous visitors.

Downstairs shower - unable to use as water temp either very hot or scalding. Upstairs fine. Kitchen hob VERY difficult to switch on even when following instruction booklet to the letter. A little maintainance needed here.

Overall the property is lovely but there are a few minor maintenance issues that could easily be fixed that caused some issues, e.g. no locks on bathroom doors, bedroom drawers that struggled to open. On the first morning of our stay we got locked out of the living room as the door wouldn't open. We had no access to our keys so couldn't leave the property and were unable to make breakfast either - disaster! I ended up calling the owners on the numbers provided (FYI the mobile number doesn’t work but the landline was OK). Luckily they answered straight away and basically said that we should force the door and that failing that they might call in at some point over the weekend to make repairs. We forced the door but didn't get a followup call to check all was OK and no one popped in to undertake any maintenance. Only mentioning this as one of our party was diabetic so this could have turned into a medical emergency if they were unable to access their insulin from the kitchen. You have to pay for parking - it was around £35 for a week's pass but you can load/unload outside the front of the property so it wasn't a huge issue.

The views from the property are absolutely lovely and the location is superb - there's so much to see in the area and things to do for everyone. I recommend driving round the coast of the whole island and there are some truly spectacular beaches with mountain views. Also the Bulkeley Hotel does a nice dinner service and is a 1 min walk away.

I think we were let down by whoever does the cleaning as other reviews do not mention this as an issue but we were very disappointed on entering to conclude that the property had not been properly cleaned for some days we believe. Beds were made with new linen & towels but there was a lot of dust (& I’m not that fussy) on window ledges etc + coffee cup marks on many areas (that wiped clean easily). Plus dead flies on window ledges & floors in EVERY room with a window. They obviously bred & tried to get out. But I’m talking about in excess of 250 dead flies (& a few still alive). That could not have happened before we arrived on that day. Plus, smaller issues but as we had a couple of friends, a bit awkward & that being that not one of the 3 toilet/bathrooms had locks on the doors & the one sliding door often slid open about 2 inches after shutting. One bedroom door would not even close within the door frame. Also, take your own bath soap/shower gels + toilet rolls as only a cheap liquid soap was available at the basin & less than 1 full toilet roll in each toilet. Luckily there is a Spar nearby. But for accommodation at £455/night & only booking in from 16:00 & out by 10:00 (effectively 1 full day of property), we expected better. But the property itself was very nice & well appointed so I’m sure if the owners do their own inspection & a bit of DIY the place will be perfect.

Great location for Beaumaris centre & great views. Even though it rained most of the weekend the property was large with open-plan kitchen/dining & lounge area.
