I was originally booked in for Monday till Wednesday but came off my bike on Monday so they changed the date on that day no extra charge. Exceptional service

Nothing it was a good stay.

Ran out of toilet paper they provided some quickly always there if there is any issues. This is our 4th time staying here would highly recommend. The staff are always polite. Tesco is around a 4 minute walk 2 minute walk to a bus stop. Not a bad location to stay.

Mmmhhh out of everything I mentioned, the only thing that made me hold on to my dirty sheets closer, I would say was the what I believed could have been the gun shots.

This place was so funny. It will go in our funny memory moments of staying in a crack den.... Hahaha 😆 showers falling apart, dirty sheets with fags holes in there. Bad paint jobs, sounds of gun shots, broken bottles and night workers on the corners. Hahaha it was an experience, we feel like true survivers, warriors almost. I felt truely delighted to come out in the morning to have all 4 of my wheels left on my car.. truly blessed. Its never crossed my mind to invest in a knife proof vest, but staying here, it's is now in my amazon basket.. 2 thumbs up...

The lack of staff was an issue as they didn't appear to be on site for the majority of our stay. I believe the sign stated that it wouldn't be staffed between 22:00-11:00. However, we don't recall seeing any staff outside of these times. A result of the lack of staff meant that other 'guests' would bring visitors in who appeared to be taking drugs in the rooms. This could be smelled through three corridors. Described facilities were not supplied; no towels or toiletries were supplied, although this was stated. Unsure if the images used for the booking are dated. However, we did not find it to be accurate on arrival. The additional bed in a duplex room was just a mattress on the floor. We had to ask for an additional quilt and a pillow. The fridges in the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. Same with the drains in all 3 rooms that were booked. The bathroom door didn't shut in one of the rooms. Not accessible with very narrow stairways and a lack of railings also on the staircase.

The location is easy enough to get to local shops and to use public transport.

Looks very run down, most of the furniture had holes or was broken. Got woke up early in the morning to someone blaring loud music.

First of all, the room alloted to us was not what we were told during booking. Then they changed the room but that was also not good. As soon as it started raining, the roof was leaking water. There was a bad odour all over. Not gonna recommend this one.

The place was dirty the heating was not working no towels no cup with the coffee makings the hotel ( slum) was full of homeless people alcoholics ,even though it said no smoking the place stank. As I'm ex forces I can put up with things but never again if I didn't have to be there for work I would not have stayed. If I was employed by booking.com I would take this dose house(hotel) of my site.

This is a hostile, not a hotel. No towels, soiled sheets. We refused to stay there. Manager said we wouldn’t be charged and we were, had to chase refund. Awful place. Booking.com why have you this on your site?
