    Nothing.

Totally unique experience. The building has been so lovingly and creatively restored back to its heyday. Each room is a little masterpiece. Hosts are just a delight as well: interesting and interested, kind and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and made to order. Walking distance to the beach, cute local pub. Easy to get to Margate.

Everything was genuine and fitted to the Art Deco style. The Amy Johnson room which we stayed was absolutely delightful and we loved all the little touches that made the room authentic.

Warm welcome. Lovely Art Deco building with individually styled rooms. A large, very comfortable room (Tudor Gates) with stylish on-suite shower facilities. Very clean. Balcony with seating, not used this visit. Breakfast was delicious. Easy parking. A short walk to Minnis Bay beach and nearby shops and pub/restaurant.

    We loved absolutely everything.

Everything about our experience was superb. The Art Deco building was exiting and beautiful with a fascinating history. Kat and Spencer were perfect hosts and real fun to spend time with. Breakfast was excellent, with local produce. We went home feeling so much better than when we arrived. Can't wait to go back.

The Location is Great and really easy to get too. The Room we stayed in was the David Bowie room and Lived up to its name We had a Good old English Breakfast which was served hot and Tasty, Both Kat and Spencer were Great Hosts, with great Stories about the Location and House and both very Passionate about their B&B which shows in the décor and their Passion to keep the Customers Happy , be it in my Case with Spencer wearing a Retro Leeds Utd football top Once he Knew My Team All in all a Great Place to chill and Relax and with Very Nice Hosts

    Nothing!!!

We loved the themes and decor of the rooms - it's full of so much character and joy, everything is well thought out and it really made the whole stay fun. Kat and Spencer were exceptional, friendly and welcoming, always up for a chat with loads of extra suggestions and local info. And the breakfasts were delicious- we tried quite a few of the options which were always freshly made with high quality ingredients (including home grown tomatoes and onions). The bread was always fresh from local bakeries, with Kat popping out first thing on some days to make sure she had the best to provide for us.

Cat & Spencer were amazing hosts who helped make our stay in this incredible Art Deco house a wonderful experience. Breakfast was delicious, and our hosts were always on hand with great tips on places to visit locally. The train station is only a short walk away, so we were able to leave our car behind while we explored the Isle of Thanet, including Margate, Whitstable and Herne Bay. We can't wait to go back and explore some more!
