I thought it was a separate bedroom with outdoor space, still a great space for solo or couple. Would have preferred a comfy sofa rather than an additional soda bed.

Cleverly thought out space to a very high spec. Responsive host.

one not great kitchen knife, and no big saucepans or oven trays, could have done with one each of those really, and needed a spatula for the frying pan really, but everything else you might need for cooking was supplied, as well as oil and salt and pepper which was nice

great functionality, nice bathroom, fits a lot in a small space, has a table and 2 chairs and sofa, some places wve been havnt had proper table seating for eating at this size range.

Perhaps put a soft lit lamp somewhere as I personally found the lights abit bright to relax with.

I loved the set up of this property and how well equipped it was for the size of the property.

Sky Q kept going off really annoying, also not enough kitchen utensils example no scissors or spatula for eggs no dishes for microwave. The coffee in the jar was hard it had obviously been there for a while so was the sugar not acceptable no milk either. Not enough information for local shops and pubs the holiday site opposite wasn't open as the pub opposite wasn't either which would have been helpful to know.

Where it was situated also clean and tidy everything you needed for a short stay very comfortable. Also a quick response from owner when I messaged due to tv and heating issues.

Few small things which could be improved No lamp by bed so I had to use my phone to negotiate getting into bed. Room was on the cooler side so an extra blanket would have been handy plus no real welcome pack. There was uht milk packs but for amount I paid a pint of fresh milk would have been nice. Tea and coffee had been left but coffee was solid (definitely had seen better days 🙈).

Property was clean and well presented. Shower room was lovely. Well equipped kitchen and small breakfast bar. Bed was comfortable and area fairly quiet. Location was great for what I needed. Probably stay there again in future if I’m ever back in the area.

Directions from Booking.com poor, led us onto an estate. Light on outside the annexe all night which disturb sleep. Steps leading to bathroom very high with no rail to hold onto, especially to get back down.

    Facilities good. Hosts very friendly

Everything was great , except I personally didn’t find the bed overly comfortable!

Breakfast was not included in the room rate . There was however tea, coffee provided and salt and pepper . I would suggest that a pint of fresh milk or even UHT pots would be a welcome addition though , so that one can at least make a hot drink on arrival without having to immediately go to the shop ( albeit the campsite shop is only opposite and very well stocked with everything one could need !)

There wasn't any toilet paper provided, we were lucky my partner insists on a particular type and therefore we brought our own. I don't fault the owner for this though, sometimes things are overlooked/forgotten.

The location was perfect, close enough to walk into the main town and far enough to be away from the noise. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The towels, including the tea towel, were of a great quality. We didn't use many kitchen utensils but there is everything you can think of needing.

Wasn’t overly warm in property. Noisy plug in electric heater. Radiator didn’t really get hot. Outside lights need to go off at midnight as keep the room very light during night. A little disappointed that no view of harbour/sea when in room as windows blocked out. Easy access to walk into NewQuay itself though.

The annex was really dirty full dog fur over breakfast bar and sofa bed and bedding definitely not hyperallergenic place even the pulled down bed showed signs of pet fur and bed settee had dog fur on it as my partner got up she had black trousers on they had pet fur on them ,it definitely hadnt been cleaned rings left from cups last guests on units ,not enought towels provided for 3 people no soap shampoo very basic ,drinking glasses were dirty and oven tin had food on side tray definitely nit soundproof we didnt stay as our son had trouble breathing from the dog fur in there ,definitely not hyperallergenic its more dog friendly place as theres lots of fur in there and the property ajoining the annex had a boxer dog barking crazy at the window with slobber all over it barking his head off most of the time we were there ,we didnt stay the night recommend a review on this property before you advertise this on your site used booking. Com many times over past years and recently as last Sunday and never been a problem but would think twice about using again kind regards Dean Simmonds .

This is being very picky but the only issue i could find to be not happy with is that too many cars share same driveway, also the property is advertised as being soundproofed, but you do get a lot of noise from upstairs holidaymakers.

The location was fabulous, even had sky tv. Beautiful local walks. Friendly locals. Beautiful nearby beach. Lots of choice eating out. Fantastic local restaurant. A variety of watersports to indulge in. Very helpful owner.
