We booked very last minute as was attending family funeral. Lack of care from the owner and cleaner. Bathroom door doesn't lock, taps twist around, shower door doesn't stay shut, the shower cubicle looks like it had been mounted on a wooden pallet and a bit of the bottom facing is missing so you can see right underneath it, no hand towels provided and no where to hang towels in bathroom. We found beds comfy enough, the creaking floors were very disturbing, and bedroom doors creaked and rattled. Lounge furniture very low and hard to get out for older people. Several places where the skirting board moulding is out with exposed nails Plenty of pots and pans, no tea towel. No oven gloves. No dust pan. Deep clean needed, many cobwebs, and just lack of care, with a bit of TLC and reinvestment this could become a great property.

Maybe more towels would if been good like a couple of hand towels, extra to the bath towels, and some oven gloves would of been useful.

The beds left much to be desired, and a couple of the light bulbs were out, but otherwise we didn't have any issues.

The location is what we loved the most! It was so easy to get anywhere on Anglesey! I don't think we had to drive much more than thirty to forty minutes in any direction to get to any of the sights or beaches on the island!

Creaking floorboards made it a noisy experience which was an issue during the night when sleeping if someone went to the toilet etc. Whilst there was a TV and Sky box, nothing was connected, so watching anything was impossible. The Garden could do some maintenance to be a lovely space to sit and socialise.

Clean and spacious. The host was available to deal with anything essential. The location was perfect for our needs.

Wrong number given for lockbox . Only one bathroom/ toilet. Just a bit ‘ unloved’ .

No washing machine this is a big miss as far as we were concerned but im not sure if it would be a problem for everybody...and bathroom door does not lock [at the time we were there anyway] fence at the back needs attention as its collapsed.Taps were as others have mentioned loose.....so a bit more maintenance required for sure in my opinion ...dishwasher too perhaps? the plumbing is there for one after all....little things like this can make the stay go from ok to really good....

location was really good and the hosts were excellent communicators rooms were large and the accomodation was very clean it was nearly 300 for 2 nights which i thought ok for a 3 bed short stay

Only 1 bathroom no storage in 3rd bedroom couldn’t unlock French doors to garden from dining room floors were very noisy to walk on throughout the upstairs no tv channels

The house was big enough for us however think only one available bathroom for the 5 of us was a little tricky at times. Think there was an en-suite locked off so we couldn’t use. Also in 1 of the bedrooms there was nowhere to put clothes at all only a bedside cabinet

Lacking attention to detail for example tired fixtures and fittings. Some lightbulbs not working, master bedroom door sticking to the point where we were stuck in the room for almost 15 minutes. The furniture is basic but not uncomfortable (this is a holiday home after all) Sky box fitted but limited channel availability

The location of the property was ideal for exploring Anglesey. The house was large and spacious with a private drive and well kept garden. Host was quick to reply and access to the key was easy.

The sofas were very low and there wasn't a non-slip mat in the shower. This was mentioned to the contact for the property and a mat was supplied. No instructions were available for the use of kitchen appliances. It was difficult to cool the water temperature in the shower.
