The curtains were so thin that even with the blinds the light just poured through which woke us both up very early.

The welcome was warm and genuine, the hotel is full of quirky art and sculptures, the room, whilst small, had everything we needed... good mirror with a light, hanging space and a couple of chairs to enjoy a cuppa. Shower was hot and plenty of pressure, the towels were enormous and fluffy. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked amazing. The location is perfect, close to both Brighton and Hove but not too hectic.

Everything, from when we first got there the staff where very helpful, the room was amazing and very clean , and breakfast was a 10 out of 10 . We would definitely book again next time we are In Brighton

Nothing really not to like - if I'm being picky a better choice at breakfast in terms of fresh food would have been nice - the fruit was in small bowls pre-chopped and mixed - It was obvious it had been sitting for a while - I would have preferred some whole fresh fruit options or fruit that wasnt mixed, but thats probably a personal choice.

Lovely little hotel just off the sea front in Brighton. Rooms very comfortable - bed was super comfy. My room was located to the rear of the hotel - no view but very quiet at night. I dont normally sleep well in hotels - but in this one I had a great sleep. Breakfast was good - not amazing - but good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to single travellers and couples.

Specific room we stayed in not very soundproof but there was earplugs in the room.

Unique property in excellent location. Not your ordinary hotel. It is like staying in a big family home. Squeaky wooden floors and best old classic lift! Highly recommended if you are looking for something different.

Great staff, nice bar for the evening when you return from a night out. Fantastic breakfast, very friendly, good location only 10 minute walk to the pier. Restaurants near by. Close to paying regency public car park.

The room was very nice with great design, and quiet on the top floor. The personel was extremely friendly, even catered to special wishes or questions. The general atmosphere in the hotel very relaxed, and the breakfast gorgeous. The lobby/bar is also very nice.

Didn’t like having to leave the key at reception when leaving the hotel. Most times there was no one at the desk and I had to go poke my head around corners to find staff to leave the key/get the key. Though, the staff at the desk were helping with breakfast or the bar, so I understand they are multitasking which is good. Just would prefer to take the key with me Another minor thing was the bed was very creaky, made a lot of noise to get in and out/turn over. Overall we had a good stay though

parking! If they could find a way to sort some parking for guests this could be a 10/10 location. Otherwise it can be 50-70 pounds to park.

Hard to fault, such welcoming and helpful staff. Great location. Amazing room and food. Will 100% stay again.
