The bed wasn't really very comfortable and the linen was a bit dated.

Great hosts in a fantastic position, across the road from the South West Coast Path. Nothing was too much trouble and you could use any of the areas at the property, both inside and out.

I really don’t understand the rave reviews. I don’t wish to be unkind, and it is an adequate overnight stop. But the bed linen wasn’t clean. The view of the sea was over a domestic rubbish area. The decor is tired and worn. The breakfast was mediocre at best: the cheapest possible orange juice from concentrate. They did replace the fried bread with toast when I asked. A single cup of coffee. I usually refrain from leaving a review if I am negative about somewhere, but this was just so off kilter from my expectations based upon the reviews that I felt I had to honestly relate my personal experience - otherwise what is the point of reviews. The Wi-fi is good. The dogs are great, I took Oscar for a walk. The animals are fun too.

The B&B is in a fabulous location with sea views from some of the rooms. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and a very attentive host and friendly person serving us. If you're looking for somewhere homely and relaxed this is the place to go.

Wasn't sure if we had access to the garden or not, and the drive isn't the easiest in the world to get in/out of when other cars are about but those were small prices to pay for the location and considerate hosts!

Lovely hosts- gave me brilliant tips on locations for dog walks, dog friendly cafes and where best to park for surfing and were generally very relaxed and accommodating of me and my young energetic pup. They were happy for me to leave her for a couple hours at a time (in her pen/crate when she needed a nap) and she also enjoyed meeting the other dogs, cats, alpacas, donkeys, geese, chickens etc! Room was comfy and fresh towels/tea and biscuit replenishment each day was a lovely extra touch I hadn't expected. Breakfast each morning was great and very filling. The area is amazing- good surf beaches a couple of mins drive away in either direction, right on the coastal path and near a beautiful canal path too, and good pubs and cafes close by. Felt very safe taking the dog out for a last stroll last thing at night before bed.

warm welcoming atmosphere. Very laid back and made to feel comfortable. Both proprietors obviously love animals and dogs, so felt relaxed allowing our dogs to explore the house and make new friends! Oh and breakfast was top notch!

Our host Steve, was friendly, and had great local knowledge which improved our stay no end. Breakfast was communal, lending to lots of chat between the guests across the table. Breakfast itself was excellent.
