Self check in failed but phone call to the number on the booking confirmation was answered quickly & the issue was resolved.

Quiet location but only a short walk from city centre & Albert Docks. Nicely designed, good heating and shower. Well equipped for a short stay.

It would have been useful to have a mini fridge in the room. There was a small stain on the sheet, but other than that, it was very clean. It would have been nice to have a slightly later check out time as 9am is pretty early. We didn’t really need the constant alarms on the radio to remind us of this time either. Also, for a three night stay, we could have had more towels.

It was very central. The room was cosy, modern and it had everything we needed. There were plenty of plug sockets, a lovely shower, it was warm and it had a TV with the necessary apps. The room was safe and secure. It had a digital lock and the door was thick. It was lovely and quiet, and it was warm.

The location is a bit lonely but it is central and close to everything by foot. One of the towels was dirty so I didn't like that at all.

the room is beatiful, modern and the use of space if perfect for the space. I found it very comfortable.

The doors are heavy and hard to close, we were worried about disturbing other guests by banging them Our key pad's alarm went off once and we heard other people's going off in the night, so the place can be a little noisy

There was no remote for the TV and no instructions for the complicated heating. Informed the staff there was no remote, they promised to deliver one but didn’t

We had to bang the room door to close it. The bathroom door didn't close shut. But everything else was great!

The whole place was very clean. All the fittings and appliances were high quality and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The room has a door code but also a key is available.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Not a double but rather two very worn-out single mattresses pushed together

No parking facilities close by and no suggestions at the facility regarding parking options for a long stay.

The location was not too close to the centre which meant it was quieter. This was important for a Saturday night stay.

Stained bedding and the fact there’s nobody around to talk to if there is an issue

Room is in the basement, so a bit dark but not a problem if you don't stay in the whole day.

All great. Spotlessly clean, super-comfy bed, easy check-in, well equipped, close to the city centre, attention to details, great value. I will be back.

Over priced expected a lot more for £220 a night. No parking... at all.... anywhere.... No veiw... (window was pavement level and obscure glass)

king size bed not being a king size mattress but two single beds put together wasn’t for the most comfortable sleep.

The checking in was only slightly complicated as I had not been given instructions on how to get in. Though, this could be down to an issue with the email exchanges. Contacted the hotel owner/manager who helped by immediately texting me all of the instructions i would have gotten via email, including diagrams.

The room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Colour scheme. The bathroom looked modern. TV with Netflix.

Location of Apartment. Very dirty exterior to building. Rubbish thrown everywhere. The property is also falsely advertised as a hotel when in actual fact its only 11 bedrooms under one roof.

Nothing, everything was great. Me and my daughter cant wait to stay there again while visiting family.

Dont let the outside fool you this is a great hotel. This is also a great hotel for introverts. I'm so glad I've found this little gem and its amazing value for money!!
