We would have liked if there was a coffee machine available.

The apartment was exceptionally decorated with a very unique New York style. My husband and I loved the attention to detail that the host has taken and the ingenuity of the built. Location was a 15 min walk from the centre but there were plenty of restaurants and markets around it.

The TV didn't work, which wasn't much of a problem to us. No other issues, we loved our stay!

Lovely location, great apartment with excellent facilities and an amazing breakfast in the café downstairs. Bed was super comfortable and lots of space in the flat as well.

Wish the restaurant opened earlier on a Sunday, check out at 11am but its not open until 10am, would also be ideal if it was a little closer in walking distance go the centre.

The room was such a vibe, immaculate and a really good size. Loved the Brownie on arrival, the easy coded door and the lights controlled by Alexa. We will definitely be staying again and would love to see what 31B is like too!

The layout! The interior and the free brownie on arrival was amazing. I was visiting family but needed to film an advert for social media and the room looked so cool in it!! So was great!

I have come to the end of a 3 month work secondment in Norwich. A lot of that time I have been at Urban Stays. And it will forever be my first choice of accommodation should I need it in the future. I have run out of good things to say in these reviews over the weeks, but to sum up, I will long remember the ‘wow’ moment the first time I stepped foot in 31a. It’s beautiful. It’s practical. I have loved staying there. So long …. And thanks for all the brownies!

The Alexa kept having issues and failing to recognise commands, but it didn't detract from our stay at all. Also the bed is a little rickety, but again not a big issue. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Fabulous little studio apartment, really quirky and fun. Has everything you need and then some. Good location although not totally central. Great cafe downstairs for breakfasts. We absolutely loved it!

Stayed in both A&B now and both are fantastic bases for an evening in the city. The beds are soft but incredibly comfortable, and the interior design is super fun!

Due to lights being controlled by Alexa, the Alexa kept saying the function wasn't supported and we didn't know how to reconnect! As such light was very dim in the morning.

Design/decor and well thought out, comfortable bed and shower gel was amazing.... Mine fridge lovely touch!

Not much not to like. It might not be your cup of tea decor wise... otherwise I would highly recommend it.

Stayed twice now... will probably be back again shortly for work. The place literally caught my breathe when I first walked in. I think the decor is AMAZING, and its not style over function either. Everything works! Oh and its literally 5mins from where our Norwich depot is.
