Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Location is brilliant for travelling around or just staying around Ironbridge, there are lots of walking opportunities and museums to visit. Food looked great but we eat out only really because we were already out and got hungry. Breakfast was lovely. We did have a problem with the drains in our bathroom but the Hotel sorted that out to our satisfaction very quickly

The room was the smallest we've ever had. Like most hotels, this one has a notice about not washing towels unnecessarily but then ignores its own advice. We only stayed for two nights but although we carefully hung up our towels they were changed after the first night.

The hotel location was stunning and only a short walk from Telford's iconic iron bridge. Breakfast was good, and dinner was excellent - expensive but worth it.

Attention to detail in the bedroom was lacking and the runner on the bed was badly stained. Surfaces throughout the hotel were sticky with an overload of surface spray. This was evident on tables, staircase hand rail and cabinets in bedrooms . Bed in room 15 creaked

Chez Maw restaurant was excellent value in the evening and staff very attentive throughout our stay. Food well presented and plenty of choice at breakfast. Cleanliness good on all areas although outside tables left I wiped between guests

We found the bed to be a little bit to hard for our comfort; however, I understand that some oc the beds are being replaced and a mattress topper would have been available if we had asked.

The food was excellent the breakfast selection was first class and the evening meals that we had were amongst the best we have ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Some aspects of the hotel are a little tired, but this is reflected in the price and in no way detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

Very friendly staff,good restaurant-we had 2 evening meals and the food was of good quality.There was plenty of choice at breakfast.The hotel is situated in pleasant grounds and is only a short walk into Ironbridge.There is plenty of parking available at the hotel

Receptionist lady should not do this job, I understand it’s a big issue to find right people but HR of the hotel should seriously look at this matter.

No lift. Tough with heavy suitcases. Shower could use an assist rail to help climb in and out of deep tub

Not keen on the en suite being up a small flight of steep stairs. OK I daytimes.e but not so clever in the middle of the night.

Nothing really it all lived up to expectations.

Nice location on the outskirts of Iron Bridge in walking distance of main attractions with plenty of parking and nice gardens at the rear, the room was rather small but comfortable and service and food were excellent, staff were friendly and very helpful, would certainly return.
