Could do with a more comfortable larger double bed. But that’s just our opinion.

The bathroom window needs to be changed, and there is room for a larger bed (with a newer mattress - though that was more noisy than uncomfortable). The wi-fi isn't the fastest (and Norfolk appears to have consistently poor mobile coverage). And a dishwasher would be more useful than a freezer. There wasn't even a washing up brush (so I bought one as a gift to the apartment!).

Easy walking distance to the city; also easy access to routes outwards; yet tucked away quietly. Warm and cosy, with plenty of space to cook, eat, and sit. Clean towels and bedlinen, plenty of pillows to enable choice of support, enough power points in all rooms.

The shower needs attention ASAP as it isn’t draining, so we had to keep turning the water off whilst showering to let the water drain away, so we didn’t flood the downstairs apartment!

Great location for walking into the city and it was very clean. Very good value for money.

One flat smelt of smoke (clearly previous occupant had broken the rules!) Also on arrival had to speak to the cleaner as one bed hadn't been changed!

Bed needs to be made secure it moves when you sit on it and slides across the floor. Quite dangerous if you are elderly and sit on edge

The fact another hirer could not read and used our parking slot. It was clearly marked and he managed to take up part of the next space also. The car was too large for the space, overlapping width and length. Four family cars would fit in at a squeeze depending on size. Certainly not 4x4 or people carriers.

Easy to find, lovely and warm on arrival. Had to telephone owner very late and was very obliging. Ideal for what we required. Great not having to purchase washing up liquid or bring tea cloths which sometimes gets overlooked. Welcome refreshments, especially after a long journey. Good to have a parking space allocated in price. Will certainly use again at the click of a finger.

The only improvements I would like to see in the future is a full sized double bed as the bed was very small, also it is in need of a new mattress as it feels very old. It was a shame there was no headboard as you couldn’t lean up in bed as the bed moved away from the wall. The extractor fan was very loud and I couldn’t find the isolator switch for it so if we used the bathroom during the night we were awake for half an hour until the timer ran out. The small towel rail is loose on the fixings in the bathroom and fell off twice during our stay.

The property was spacious, clean and well equipped. Very cosy little home for the weekend, really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to Chapelfield Gardens which has a fabulous coffee shop/restaurant for the best breakfast and coffee in town. A 5 minute walk to the centre and a 2 minute walk to the Theatre Royal. Will stay again.

Really simple process to get the keys on arrival and great communication from the owners ahead of time to confirm what was what. The location was ideal for us to travel to the Norfolk Showground each morning and was in a quiet residential area with very little disturbance. Very close to an exceptional little fish and chip shop too!

Sofa (bed-settee) in living room most uncomfortable as a seat - felt like a park bench!

Great location, easy to find with good instructions (and Google Maps!). Reasonably well equipped for a short stay. Allocated parking space right outside. Free Wi-Fi Comfortable bed, good shower.

Good little set up there should be more places like this in Norwich - for me it's the perfect location (golden triangle side of the centre), easy to check in with codes and an allocated parking space, host was flexible with some changes and requests which helped me out a lot, place was clean and spacious, coffee and tioletries etc supplied and there is a shop + cafe/chippy 1 minute walk away, can't ask much more than this I will defo stay again.

Missing to have proper table+ extra chairs instead of high stools, particularly because I was travelling with my 86 elderly mother- I mentioned this when I asked for a ground floor appartment, otherwise it wouldn't have been an issue.

Location perfect, quiet area but close to city centre walking. The park nearby. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Small but nice space to use as lay out and how was organized was a very practical appartment. Comunication with appartment before going pleased, as I was replied to my enquiries

My only one criticism is that lack of accessible plugs in the bedroom to charge mobile devises, as you had to pull the bed out each night to access the socket, which I think could be easily resolved with an short extension lead. But otherwise it was a great stay.

Toilet seat was a bit dodgy and there didn't seem to be hot water in the bathroom sink. Shower was excellent though.

Excellent location, 5-minute walk from city centre. Facilities were all that we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.
