Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

UkraineThere is only one trash can in the apartment. Information about waste sorting came in the Checking out email. It would be more convenient if information about waste sorting was indicated in the check-in email. We didn't find salt in the kitchen. There is sugar, but no salt. The faucet handle in the shower is cylindrical. It is almost impossible to open it with a soapy hand. Heating radiators get so hot that you can get slightly burned on them.

I liked the fact that the apartment had been modernly furnished, in line with my tastes. Convenient location is practically close to the city centre. Equipped with all the necessary utilities, I felt at home and I almost would have asked to sign a rental contract, I wouldn't have minded moving there!!😂😊 The host was thoughtful to call me to see if I checked in with no problems. They reply quickly to your messages and that's a bonus! If I have the chance in the future, I would happily come back agian

Everything really. The apartment is within walking distance to the train station. The place is very spacious, with everything I needed. I only stayed for two nights, but I could see the place being a home away from home for someone who stays longer.

United KingdomHad a small issue with the key but it got resolved very quickly. I couldn't figure out turning on the heating even with the video instructions sent as we followed the instructions on but it was heating was locked. Nevertheless it was a great stay and had a great experience.
Location was great , apartment was clean and service was excellent. Free parking available, host was fantastic and was prompt in replies. Very close to city centre and also very close to Drayton manor resort and not far from Birmingham.
