Instructions regarding key box were incorrect as wrong key box was indicated leading to us to have a wait while we located the correct key box. Other than that instructions were clear.

Location was very convenient for a family visit to Bristol. Comfortable well equipped apartment.

Only a few little things. The sofabed isn’t comfortable as a sofa and we don’t use it as a bed. For a family of 4 to watch a movie was tricky as it’s just not comfortable to sit in the lounge area. The kitchen chairs were fine for a meal. But not a whole evening. The pillows could be better. The shower head doesn’t stay in its cradle unless you really jam it in.

Really good value in a great location. The flat is secure and clean. It’s well equipped and the bathroom in particular is really well done

To enter and have access to the keys there's is an alley or very narrow entrance which is very dark. The main bedroom had a very strong smell to cigarette, had to ventilate the room to make my sleep more bearable. One window had cigar dust.

More comfortable furniture in the lounge area would have helped. Not an affluent area but lively enough, with a good selection of independent shops.

Interesting and quirky location, a huge Victorian factory recently converted to flats. The conversion was to a high quality and the flat we had was plenty large enough for two couples, with two similar sized-double bedrooms, large bathroom and kitchen/lounge area. Lifts and communal areas of the building were clean and quiet.

Would have been helpful to have been offered fresh milk (or other produce) and another dishwasher tab. Smelt slightly of smokers.

More toilet rolls would be nice. Towels provided can be renewed. Although they are clean, they are rather thin and greyish, when they are supposed to be white.

Spacious for family of four adults, beds are comfortable, convenient location. The high ceiling, brightness and view of Bristol from living room windows are bonus. We appreciate a big drying rack for laundry, and the towel warmer in the bathroom helps to speed dry our laundry.

The dishes and cutlery were disappointing in quality and condition and the kettle, though functional, was in a poor state. The freezer compartment had to be wedged shut. The only seating in the lounge area was the fold out sofa, which was very low and not very comfortable. One of the main reasons for the booking was that parking could be purchased. However, the "parking" accommodation was just a permit with no allocated space.

Our main reason for selecting the apartment was the location, which was within walking distance of family we came to see. The main bedroom, though a bit cramped, had adequate storage and the bathroom was well equipped.

Kettle was broken and we couldn’t find any instructions for turning the heating off. Could also do with having lids for the pans for cooking!

The location was perfect, the property was spacious for 2 and the beds were comfy.

Limited kitchen washing liquid, limited toilet roll, only one pack of toilte roll, depsite that it was a family of four persons staying for almost a week and we were told that they only provide the basic and we are suppose to take care after that. I think they should have been upfront about this so people know what to expect on such items because this emans it difffiult to keep basic hygiene. I don't think this is appropiate for family to be shopping tissue and washing liquid to clean up the place.

The location is highly accessible by train or bus, just behind the flat. Breakfast was not provided, its a self catered place, but lots of shops around to get something. The place was also clean and well kept.

A lovely apartment in a convenient location. The apartment was well kitted out, beds were comfortable, hot water and it was fun to stay in a building that represents Bristols industrial heritage. There wasn’t parking with the apartment but there was plenty on the adjoining roads. It is permit parking but overnight 5pm to 9am permits are not required. The landlord was really helpful and responded quickly to my question about heating, even sending a video to help - thank you.
