There's nothing we didn't like. Except my husband banged his head on the extractor hood a couple of times, but not a problem.

Anita welcomed us to the villa, showing is where to park around the back. She was lovely and helped us settle in quickly. The villa is stylish and very comfortable, especially the beds! There is only one parking space which was fine for us, but there is also parking if you can get a space quite close to the villa. Tea, coffee etc provided and all utensils available. Nice, fluffy towels provided too.

I have one observation, the Iron gate to the side of the property is poorly illuminated and struggled to see the lock when returning of a night-time with it being very dark and similar for the front door - The outside light switch was taped off so wasn't sure whether we should touch it or not so left it alone. (but dont let this take anything away from an otherwise excellent stay.

Location is absolutely perfect for all amenities, Sea front Pubs etc. The property is very well appointed with everything you need for a self catering stay and in a challenging parking location - great to have secure off road parking.

As the TV was not working in the bedroom, we could not watch a different channel if someone wanted to. It is a bit of a walk to the High Street shops. When we left, we had to unlock the front gate and then take the keys back inside the villa.

It was a modern villa in a lovely quiet area and a good location for the seafront, very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of seating in the lounge, there were plenty of places to eat out.

There was nothing I didnt like.

Secure gated area, cctv by the car. Minutes from the beach and the town. Had everything we needed. Would suit someone with mobility issues too if needed. I love Broadstairs, this isn't my first visit, but next time I visit the area I'd stay here again if it was available.

I wouldn't say anything we didn't dislike but a few things would have made our stay a bit better, Tv not working in the bedroom (no signal) TV in the lounge had no sound on a couple of channels (maybe a signal problem) information list, where the bus stops were, where to find the WI Fi code without taking the router off the wall to find it. Where to empty the bins and the front door was hard to open from the outside. maybe a welcome pack would be nice , this is not a complaint but just observation would I recommend it, YES

Location was the best, just a couple of minutes from the sea front. parking was a bonus round the rear of the property. the property had everything you needed for holiday. It was nice to have a private area of your own to sit in but it was overlooked . A nice large TV in the lounge .

We just had a couple of little issues, but nothing that impacted massively on our stay:- 1. When the shower was on it made a noise like an airlock. We told the housekeeper about this. 2. The TV was not easy to operate and there really needs to be a radio in the property so you can have background music on without having to put the television on, which we didn't want to do as we were friends wanting to chat and catch up.

The location was great, as we had gone to Broadstairs for a swimming girls' weekend. The property is fantastic for a weekend away, compact and bijou and lovely and cosy and clean. Anita the lady we collected the keys from was really helpful as guiding us to the property on arrival and sorting out collecting of the keys when we left. Anita also gave us recommendations for restaurants which were fabulous so we had a great weekend of swimming and eating as well!

Other than it taking us a while to work out the shower, nothing!

Very clean and comfy apartment. Beautifully decorated and great location. Well equipped kitchen and a big tv too. Nice to have patio doors too and could have used chairs outside if we hadn’t been out and about so much. Met by Anita on arrival who was lovely and patiently dealt with a call from me when I was struggling to open the door and had - with hindsight - obviously used the wrong key!

There was nothing at all to dislike about Viking Villa. It was clean, modern and ideally positioned.

Spotlessly clean and modern Villa. The Villa has a lovely brand new kitchen with everything you need in it. It is very well decorated with everything looking brand spanking new. Spacious bedrooms and a lovely bath/shower room. Just a very short walk from the Broadstairs seafront. Anita who came to meet and greet us and show us around was a lovely friendly lady. The owner Lynda was very friendly and helpful with her information and communucations Would definatley book again.

Very little to say that is negative - if I have to find some little thing then the shower head could fit into the holder on the wall better. It was great having a parking space and I was glad I have a small car - saying that others had larger van-sized vehicles and were doing just fine.

Viking Villa is in the ideal location for leaving your car and walking into Broadstairs. It is a short walk to the coastal path as well as the bars and restaurants at the sea front and behind. The villa is modern, very well appointed and had a surprisingly large living/kitchen area for a two bedroom property. The bedrooms also were a generous size. The villa is one floor with not stairs, which was ideal for my elderly mother.

It would be helpful if the light by the gate worked. It was difficult to see when it was dark. Guidance on the actual situation of the property would be useful, the instructions are confusing if you don't know the area. The bungalow is reached by a small road behind number 24.

It was helpful to have some milk left by Caz. Location and facilities were very good.

I know people like 🛁 but just a shower would be great also could not get Wi-Fi to work but not a problem.

All good 5minutes from the beach 15minutes walk to uncle and auntie short walk away from highstreet fabulous location 😀
