The lighting could be better but not huge issue. The walk to my room to many steps up and down stairs to get to room. Would have been an issue if I was elderly

I had a connecting door to next room so could hear everything, including snoring most of night. Generally quite a noisy hotel. Also have to check yourself in so one poor girl trying to manage at least four people checking in, some with queries. Lost personal touch.

Fire alarm activated at 8am on first morning. Fire alarm, accidentally set off at 6am, on second morning, disturbing much needed sleep.

The breakfast didn't have any fruit, was missing chocolate powder or hot chocolate in the coffee machine and no cheese at all, I'd say it was a bit poor.

The room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, we had informed a member of staff as there were blood drops on the bathroom floor also, they said they would send housekeeping up. Housekeeping attended while we were out only to make the bed neat and replenish towels. The floor wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed and the bed sheets weren’t changed as requested. I informed staff again and again the same was done. We only stayed two nights so just dealt with it, would not have been happy to stay longer.

Location next to the nature reserve and with all local amenities was fantastic

only issue i had was the heat in the hotel was rally high, I struggled to stay inside the bar and reception for an extended period of time, it was pleasant when I first arrived but quickly got stifling.

room was good, breakfast was very good, cleanliness of the place was really high, shower in the room was clean and very good. the staff were friendly and approachable, bar was good with a good selection.

Woke up by a works ‘line painting’ lorry at 5:50, who were waiting for the cars to leave the disabled spaces and were still lingering at 8:55, felt it was an unnecessary wake up call at 5:50, by a beeping, reversing works lorry. I appreciate this is out of the hotels control.

Large car park, located next to a shopping park, very convenient. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious, no complaints here. Buffet breakfast is worth every penny with lots of choice, all food was freshly restocked, with plenty of everything available.

Mold on bathroom ceiling as fan didn’t seem to work very well. Scale all round the shower head. The view out the window was a brick wall. The lighting was awful in the room. Luckily one of the other guests had better lightning in order for the hair and MUA to work better in. The room was hot even with window open, fan on and heating off. Only one towel in the room when we arrived so had to ask for another one. Customer service over the phone before arriving wasn’t the best.

Ideal location for the wedding we were staying for. Pool facilities were nice.

The room, though clean, lacked plugs by the bed which was annoying. The seal around the shower screen had a build up of muck at the bottom.

Easy to find and good parking. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was adequate and topped up quickly. I attended a large event and the catering was good, which is an achievement for 100+ people.

I was a little disappointed with the appearance of the restaurant but I soon got past that as food was nice.

I liked how friendly the staff were. The service was excellent. Food was nice. Breakfast was good with very helpful friendly staff. The room was large, clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. The village gym was great. Enjoyed a swim.

A comfortable chair in the room would be good. l have stayed many times (usually booked under my son's name) and there is usually not too much of a problem with noise but this time there was a loud party just under my window on the Saturday night. I went to bed at 2200 assuming that noise would have to stop around then (it would on a public street with residents nearby) but it didn't and I eventually phoned to complain around midnight. I appreciate that functions will be an important part of your business but I think that some thought could be given to the rooms that people are allocated and an elderly non-party goer could have been given a room far away from the noise. My room overlooked a flat roof and the part seemed to be directly underneath it. It was like trying to sleep in a nightclub. I see that this is being labelled as a 'review' which is not my intention. The comments are purely for the management.

The accommodation is comfortable, especially the bed. The location is convenient for my son and his family who live nearby but don't have a room for me. I like there being another breakfast option (Starbucks) than the restaurant as the menu suits me better - juice, fruit, yoghurt, croissant.

Toilet seat needs fixing. A bottle of water in the room would be a nice touch.

I didn’t like that when i was walking up to the main door to go in, alot of people was right outside the door smoking, it smelled and was blown onto me

Having to pay to park my car,i think it wrong and would of stay els where had i known,plus not many plug sockets in the room..100 pond a night and want to charge to park your car.
