Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe range of cereal was fairly basic and I would have liked more options fresh fruit, yogurts and granola. I also ordered a boiled egg which took a long time to be served and I had to double check that it hadn't been forgotten. Overall the service was good.

United KingdomOnly when in got to the dining room was I told that I did not pay for breakfast 😏 I thought as usual it’s bed and breakfast- all inclusive. It was not clear when I booked. How many times do I book a hotel to know these things. The lady on Saturday morning was not helpful. I would not have an attitude if it were me, I would sympathise as I explain

United KingdomThe room was so far out. It was like a maze. We had gym pass double room. The bed was too high. Two beds (twin) put together with another mattress on top which looked like a double bed. There was one office type chair but no other seating like an arm chair. Breakfast was average.

Breakfast was really tasty and there were plenty of vegetarian options. The bar had a good selection of drinks and SkySports. We used the pool, and it was modern and clean. The car park was free as we stayed at the weekend.

We were there for the weekend getaway. The room was very comfortable in every way. Lynn and Stephen were very friendly and extremely helpful. They suggested us places to visit. Breakfast was very nice with some sides like fruits etc. Definitely will be staying there again if we're coming back to Blackpool.

United KingdomShower flooded the shower tray and bathroom only to be told that there was nothing the staff could do. Limited other rooms to offer but a first floor room was an option but staff seemed reluctant to switch as we had paid for a club room and seemed reluctant to refund. Towels were provided to mop up the flood but no other assistance offered. Another room was offered to shower in.
Good location and ideal for what we wanted as we had been to the spa during the day. Staff mostly helpful

United KingdomRoom decor was tired and shabby in places. Window overlooked the roof of the pool, so no view to speak of. No plug sockets best to the bed for phone chargers. Corridor noisy up until 4am with guests returning from nights out, shouting loudly as they passed the door.

United KingdomI was charged double the cost of 250ml of wine which added £10 on to my bill. So I queried it and my bill for a fish wrap with fries came down from £30 to £20. I had been charged £20 for a glass of 250 ml of Sauvignon Blanc.The bar was not busy and although I received an apology I wasn’t happy about the situation.
