Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bar tender was very rude and Very sarcastic we waited ages for drinks we ordered through the app and after 20 to 25 minutes I asked where are drinks where he sarcastically said oh I'm awfully sorry they were not keeping an eye on there drinks app machine they were stood around at the bar the staff then we ordered dessert and he brought mine out and said oh are you sharing my husband paid at the bar for them he said no I ordered 2 my wife has eaten hers after that we left and went back to the room disgusting service won't be returning I'm afraid think your bar staff need to be bar refreshed about attitude and keeping up with app orders disgraceful service you wouldn't get that in weatherspoons that's for sure

United KingdomThe bathroom felt a little outdated and the shower wasn't very powerful, but it got the job done. If I was staying for longer it might have become annoying and I would have requested a different room.
Nice room, good parking, friendly staff and good breakfast. I would most likely consider staying again if i was to visit the are again. Evening meal was decent and staff were friendly and chatty but it felt very pubby (nothing wrong with that if you like it).

United KingdomTwo members of Staff knocked on door at 12:15am that there was a noise complaint even though i wasn’t making any noise. Had the tv on and it was on volume 4! This made me feel very uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. Was scared to talk. The light in the wardrobe had no switch to turn off was on all night.
