We went during the easter period and that might have influence the price, but I guess the relation value/cost is a bit excessive. Other than that we have no negative points about this place!

Very nice hotel located few steps away from Princess St., as well as from the Castle entrance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very kind and nice with us. The place is clean and tidy and all suppliances are given. Very good experience.

I requested to get the room decorated for a special occasion for my partner I was promised this from the hotel that it would be done to then get into the room and nothing had been decorated and ruined the surprise

There was no music when we went for a few drinks, not even background music. Bed felt like you were sliding off the side which was strange. I also believe that it was very pricy for a hotel that is 20-25 mins away from city centre

Breakfast and food in general very good, loved the contemporary look of the room and hotel. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly, jacuzzi in room was nice and relaxing too

Very strange bathroom door setup made from glass, big around the outside meaning very little privacy

In a great location, close to main shopping etc but not right next to the hustle and bustle. The value for money was fab, for being such a gorgeous hotel. So beautiful and so clean. The staff we dealt with were all so lovely, from reception, the cleaning staff and Breakfast team. The breakfast was amazing.

Bedding. Did not sleep well because of it being so light and pillows were a bit too thick/high for me. I also chose the hotel because of the gym and the AC / air filtration was not working in there - which made exercise way less enjoyable (but they were on it to be fixed).

A £30 deposit was held on my card when I paid my room. That has not up to the point of writing been refunded. I stayed last Monday night so almost a week. I will be chasing this up.
