Really warm evening and the electric fan provided was broken.

once in, you felt a little confined!! Had an early start and it was a bit of a mission to get back through reception..

A quirky place to stay - your room is in the heart of the theme park. Very clean, tidy and offers excellent value.

Only downside is you have to go through the park entrance to get to your rooms. Which means if you have bags you will have to carry (or use the trolley from reception) them from the car in the parking lot, through the park reception building out the otherside , and then to your accommodations. It may be an issue if you have lots of bags, or not very ambulatory.

If you have a young family this place is ideal. Also for those without a family, its a fun, quirky place to stay. Off season is quiet, and a lovely out of the way place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Accommodation in the castle is ideal for couple of days, any longer and the cabin accommodation would be better as they have kitchen facilities.

Only reason I gave a 9 /10 was because the shower had a water leak and there wasn’t enough breakfast spoons and only one wine glass for a family stay. Everything else perfect

Lovely little cabin with lots of room, a pirate theme which delighted the little one. Good size bedroom, quality mattresses and very clean. Cleaning staff and entertainment staff all friendly. It was quiet as park actually closed but we were there for a quick stop and it was an added bonus that there was some entertainment for kids at night with soft play whilst we had a drink at night. Will definitely come back for a theme park stay soon.

Have mobility problems I didn't like the fact that the rooms were located so far away and no help to get there and back.

needs new sofas in the cabins, they sink as soon as you sit in them, they are leather and we stuck to them as it was a red hot few days we were there. the outdoor bench isn’t wide enough for sitting comfortably on you end up sitting arching your back over the table. more information is needed to tell guests what activities and sows are in during off peak times. we missed out on some sessions due to not being told. also there should be more for small babies as we took a three month old and there was very little for him to do.

the pirate themed cabin was absolutely amazing for children! great design. very comfy beds! the cabin was clean and ready for our stay. Absolutely blown away with how fantastic gullivers valley is, it’s a truly magical experience for kids! the staff are helpful and friendly. the farm is great too!

Last minute booking due hospital appointment. Very cheap ended up in a pirate themed pod. Very clean and just what was needed for a night's sleep

WOW. Everything brand new. Fridge,Hair dryer,Free Wi Fi,super king bed,Bath & Shower,Big Flat screen TV, Genuine friendly staff. I was blown away and far exceeded my expectations due to poor Booking.com advertising. Adults and kids will love this place.We will be back

Only downside which really would not effect a lot of people is you have to use the night porter to exit to park. For safety reasons this is great but a bit of a pain if u need to get to your car.
