Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOnly downside is you have to go through the park entrance to get to your rooms. Which means if you have bags you will have to carry (or use the trolley from reception) them from the car in the parking lot, through the park reception building out the otherside , and then to your accommodations. It may be an issue if you have lots of bags, or not very ambulatory.
If you have a young family this place is ideal. Also for those without a family, its a fun, quirky place to stay. Off season is quiet, and a lovely out of the way place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Accommodation in the castle is ideal for couple of days, any longer and the cabin accommodation would be better as they have kitchen facilities.

Lovely little cabin with lots of room, a pirate theme which delighted the little one. Good size bedroom, quality mattresses and very clean. Cleaning staff and entertainment staff all friendly. It was quiet as park actually closed but we were there for a quick stop and it was an added bonus that there was some entertainment for kids at night with soft play whilst we had a drink at night. Will definitely come back for a theme park stay soon.

United Kingdomneeds new sofas in the cabins, they sink as soon as you sit in them, they are leather and we stuck to them as it was a red hot few days we were there. the outdoor bench isn’t wide enough for sitting comfortably on you end up sitting arching your back over the table. more information is needed to tell guests what activities and sows are in during off peak times. we missed out on some sessions due to not being told. also there should be more for small babies as we took a three month old and there was very little for him to do.
the pirate themed cabin was absolutely amazing for children! great design. very comfy beds! the cabin was clean and ready for our stay. Absolutely blown away with how fantastic gullivers valley is, it’s a truly magical experience for kids! the staff are helpful and friendly. the farm is great too!
