I didn’t like how the street door did not lock, I arrived to a dirty home, the rubbish from the previous ppl, they left two big bags of rubbish,pizza boxes .. the beds were very messy

the bathroom was particularly old and broken and unfortunately didn’t look very clean. the kitchen was also tired and not very clean! when we asked about arriving early/leaving our bags there we got no response from the host. this was particularly frustrating as they were responsive when we were making our booking and asking us to review our stay.

the apartment is spacious and it’s easy to walk into Margate.

I have to say the worst contact with booking.com It was a joke. I send them messages about leak in the selling No one respond totally ignoring my messages. Main doors had being open whole week when we stay there and they had a pin no one give us this pin even when I try to contact Landlord or someone responsible for it. I booked quite a lot from this website, but this time, it was un professional.

The flat in overview looks nice all the facilities works fine. It was quiet peaceful I could say It was OK

Came during summer so it was a little warm. Having some fans would’ve been nice. Not being able to checkin before 4pm was a bit of a bummer too. However as long as you plan well this shouldn’t be an issue

You get what you paid for. Everything describe is everything you get as well. Only issue might be the stairs, there were a couple to get to the apartment, then another few once you’re in.

You must ban such apartments for rent there, it is not clear when who cleaned what, the remains of drug addicts leave the door ajar, no one answers the calls, but I have never seen such a thing. And when we arrived with the child, we had to turn around and go home🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Dirty bedding had to go buy, had to clean bathroom and kitchen. Dirty cups and cutlery, empty pizza boxes and blood on the curtain in the bedroom. I was recovering from surgery and Booking.com did nothing and we’re no help whatsoever and they just said to leave a review

DO NOT BOOK!!! Look at the other reviews (the real ones). We arrived at there was urine in bottles, signs of dr*g use, dirty sheets, rubbish everywhere, the door was broken etc!

Please do not book this apartment. I've never seen anything so dirty. It had not been cleaned at all. The bed linen was stained with what looked like sick, we found a dead mouse in the bedroom, the bathroom was even worse, crumbs and dirt all over the counters and floors, old food left in the refrigerator. I tried to contact the owner to let him know we could not stay there but had no replies from them at all. We left and had to book other accommodation. It was the filthiest place I've even seen. No reply to let me know if they will refund my £340. Can't believe this property is allowed on Booking.com

The window in the property in the main room fell out, the property below which was owned by the same people had no hot water so had to use our facilities. There was no extra bedding or towels although they knew 5 people was staying. When issues was raised via the texting system there was no response the whole weekend. The place was not fit for purpose and not worth the money paid.

It was a wonderful stay, the accommodation is nice and near to the beach (500 meters). Quite an accessible location on the high street.

All the dirty towels are in the tub. The beds were never made and left with soiled linens. Tried to contact the landlord but will only respond with automated reply. Even booking.com cannot get hold of the owner. No compemsation was done. Not even new towels or linens were given.

The location is a bit outside Margate town centre. Wish the check in/out time would be more convenient.

The place itself is nice. Kitchen is fully functioning with pots, a pan and lots of plates, bowls and cutlery. Some things people might find as drawbacks are the stairs and the location that is a bit outside of Margate town centre. however the beach isn’t too far away, lots of convenient shops near by as well. The check in time is a bit of a shame for us (In 4pm, out 10am).
