Small details such as lack of oven gloves and hairdryer. Instructions on how to locate the property and for the use of kitchen appliances would have been useful.

The Single beds.

This was our 2nd stay at the property when visiting our daughter. Everything you need is provided. Clean and comfortable.

Great location on the edge of a residential area. Shops, pub and takeaways all within a 5 minute drive. House was modern and comfortable and was just what we wanted for our 2 night stay

Provided beds were not adequate, only 4 single beds for 5 people. Although there was a sofa bed in the lounge. I would have preferred 1 double bed in the master room and another bed instead of a sofa. I think it was a bit expensive for the facilities it has to offer in my opinion

Breakfast not provided. Checked in very late at night and the host was helpful in directing us to the property and getting the WIFI working.

Property was great so these are just small comments and wouldn’t put me off staying again. Half a roll toilet paper on arrival slightly poor, a lamp in living room would be better so main lights needn’t be on, upstairs light not working.

Lack of instructions- how to use the TV/induction hob(first time I had used one🤪/Microwave/washing machine. Could not get TV internet to work 😞

Like coming from home to home. Extremely clean, with modern appliances and comfy beds. All utensils/ cleaning equipment: including laundry and dishwasher a bonus! Tea and coffee /condiments provided. Everything in working order😊 A very quiet location .

Distance from Norwich and traffic to get there!

Clean, modern property tucked away in quiet area. Parking for two cars right outside. Comfy beds with great linens, excellent shower. Great sofas and chairs. Very close to some great dog walks, such a bonus being able to bring our dog.

To improve on it would of been great to supply some oven gloves, potato masher, jug and a rotary in the garden would be good for hanging up clothes. Everything else was great.

It was easy to collect the keys. The location was great not too far from the city centre. The facilities were great and the size of tv was fantastic.

The only comment would be to suggest a double / king bed in one of the bedrooms.

The property was clean, well equipped and the location ideal for us to explore the coast as not too far to drive in any direction. The little extras made a nice touch, tea, coffee, milk, hand soap, washing up liquid and toilet roll. Would highly recommend.

Needs a blind/curtain at bathroom window especially as overlooked by next house. Needs a baking tray and oven dishes in kitchen.

Personal choice maybe but I felt the bedrooms would benefit from curtains as well as blinds, as the early morning sunshine is quite bright.

Very clean and tidy property. Good quality furnishings, very comfy beds. Great, quiet location for our trip & easy to find. Garden space with bench for warm evenings. Helpful and responsive owner, useful notice board in the property wiith instructions/ house rules and contact numbers for local services.

I had never stayed in an air bnb, and I was sceptical but I must say I am not disappointed at all and will book again this property when we are next in Norwich!

Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and nice.
