We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe pool facilities was closed! It is one of the main factors in booking this venue. They have always had the best swimming facilities in a hotel in North london. Closing it was a terrible mistake! The powers that be should seriously reconsider this! Please re open the swimming sauna etc!!!!

United KingdomKey safe didn't work. Couldn't get the shower to work properly so had a bath instead. Water wasn't particularly hot in the evening (though was hot in the morning).
Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Fitness centre is a useful bonus. Pool looks good though we didn't use it. Food in Cast Iron Grill in the evening was good though service was a bit slow. Very good breakfast with wide choice of items available.

United KingdomThe safe did not work and also had noisy neighbours who did turn down the noise once told, so maybe guests should be made aware that rooms are not as sound proof as one expects. Hotel was very good in giving us breakfast for free because of these issues. Although not a major issue, ground floor rooms could do with brighter lighting. The window looked out into what looked like a garden path, so kept the curtains drawn most of the time which is not a problem for a short overnight stay.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Would have been an excellent stay if not for a couple of issues mentioned below. Would definitely recommend and this was our second visit.

United KingdomI’m disabled and have major mobility problems. The room I was allocated was at the VERY END of the corridor, which meant an extraordinary long walk with crutches. The bathroom only had a bath which I can’t use. I’d asked (and my son did on my behalf) for a room with a walk in shower, but there was only a bath with shower over and thus absolutely useless for me. Considering the cost, I was not happy at the lack of disabled facilities, plus the fact that our rooms weren’t available when we arrived, so nowhere to change or unpack, as we were attending a wedding.
The room was good and the bed very comfy and toiletries in the ensuite appreciated and well thought out.
