The tea/coffee cups were very small. But that's all!

A magical stay, in a well designed and comfortable cabin. Proactive and kind staff.

There were lots of cobwebs and tree debris on the veranda that you could tell had been there awhile which just needed to be knocked off with a brush. Make sure you tell the attendant that you are staying overnight otherwise you end up in the field car park for the castle visitors who just assume you are visiting the castle only.

Room set up and decoration was lovely. Tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. Seat on the outside. Lovely surroundings. Something a little different than your average b&b. Lodges well spaced.

Shoe heels sticking in gaps of wood

Great stay. If it was raining wouldn't be as good. I'd also worry about slipping on wet wood, but the facilities, value for money and breakfast all excellent

Small suggestion, maybe putting families and couples in separate lodges, we could hear the tiny excited foot steps (that in reality sounded like a giant) of the neighbouring lodges children all night. But oddly enough couldn't hear their voices just the thunderous footsteps!

The lodge was lovely, location great. Staff exceptional. The food was delicious and fresh.

lovely accomodation, good value , friendly staff and great breakfast

The evening meal was a bit disappointing in choice - soup for starters and a roast dinner. The soup was tasteless and most of the diners were leaving it but the roast dinner was nice and plentiful. The cabins could have done with a couple of chairs that could be folded away ie directors chairs for sitting to have a cuppa in the cabin. I ended up sitting on the floor whilst my colleague sat of the dressing table stool.

Accomodation was very clean and very comfortable. Location was peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast was the best I have ever experienced - something for everyone and very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lack of anywhere to sit in the chalet. Need a couple of chairs. This accommodation is aimed at young families and it would be less suited for adults sharing unless you do not mind people in one bedroom marching through the main bedroom to use the toilet. I stayed with my adult son and we coped but he would have preferred-as would I-not having to walk through my room. The second bedroom features narrow bunk beds, which are also less good for a single adult using the space. A shelf in the bathroom would be useful.

Location superb. Staff fantastic. It was great to see the enthusiasm of the staff about working at the Castle. Really pleasant lady served coffee from a small wagon in Castle grounds itself. Castle resplendent in Christmas decorations. Liked the wooden chalets in the woods and the attempts to fit with a theme. Breakfast excellent as was the carvery offered in the evening. Liked the Knight who talked to guests in the dining hall, he was informative. Liked the falconry show at the Castle. Easy walk into Warwick itself, which is a lovely place to visit.

The accommodation is located in Warwick Castle grounds. A wonderful place to visit with children. Warwick Castle holds events to entertain the whole family. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Restaurant on site. Good breakfast served, with a choice of continental or cooked. The staff were helpful and polite.

The only problem we had was we couldn’t get the heating in the room to turn down at night and it was extremely warm so we had trouble sleeping.

Unusual and nice accommodation in lovely surroundings, obviously perfect location for visiting the castle but also only 10-15 walk to town centre. From start to finish the service from all the staff was absolutely excellent, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good.
