The breakfast was exceptional and I can recommend the French toast also the coffee was lovely and I’m a coffee snob! The bathroom had additional kits including a shower cap which I was delighted about. Very inviting and friendly owners who take pride in making you feel welcome. Location is absolutely perfect. Great views especially at breakfast. Will definitely visit again. Easy parking, we were taken to and from the park and ride via the shuttle bus. Thanks guys we had a fantastic stay.

Great location with views of the River Dart. Also convenient to everything going on in Dartmouth. We were here for the annual Dart Music Festival.

The only downside is parking, but it's Dartmouth so it's expected and didn't put us off when booking. The B&B runs a shuttle bus to and from the park and ride, which finishes at 4pm, so you only need to pull up outside, drop your cases in and follow them to the car park. They drop you back the next day as well. We stayed on 4 May, so just before the Bank Holiday and we arrived about 5pm and there was parking available right outside the B&B. Because of timings, we were able to stay there until we checked out just before 11am (it's 2 hours from 9am so perfectly timed for checkout if you can get a space). Be aware, though that we saw the Traffic Warden looking at the cars not long after 9am so it's a strict timescale!

We stayed in The Terrace room and the terrace is very spacious with a table and two comfy chairs. Unfortunately it was raining on the night that we stopped, but it would be lovely to sit outside on a warm day/evening. It was a lovely comfortable bed and the room had everything that we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and all cooked to order. Jon and Julie were wonderful hosts. The house is beautifully decorated and feels homely. It is at the top end of Dartmouth and in easy walking distance of everything.

Not great sound insulation but other guests not noisy so not a problem.

Waterfront view to die for - I could have sat there for hours - and we enjoyed our morning cup of tea in bed with the curtains open. Very clever use of space and careful consideration to ensure maximum comfort and convenience and some lovely little touches, including a flask of fresh milk for tea and coffee, shortbread biscuits and ice buckets with ice machine downstairs. The breakfast selection was superb including vegetarian and vegan options, fresh berries and yoghurt. We plan to make this an annual trip around the date of our wedding anniversary.

Nothing to dislike

Fabulous B & B on the waterfront hence the name. It was very clean and comfortable and we had a room upgrade to a bigger room on arrival. The hosts were really helpful with local information. The breakfast menu had many varied options we chose French toast with strawberries and maple syrup, which was delicious. One night wasn't enough we will be visiting again.

The hosts went above and beyond. The breakfast was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. They catered for every event to deck chairs, pack lunch if required, ice bucket and wine glasses. Well worth the money.
